Small and intimate hotel right in the heart of Madrid, on the only-walking street in the center of the city . Very good breakfast , friendly people. Rooms are small but comfortable . It was a nice stay.

We were given a single room although we booked a double room. After complaining they gave us a very uncomfortable tiny double room. The wifi is so slow you can barely check your emails. Never again...

Mejor las habitaciones que dan al patio interior . Tiene un problema con la temperatura del agua de la ducha y de olor en la quinta planta. Buen desayuno y personal muy amable y servicial. Muy céntrico
Excelente hotel , muy buena ubicación y la atención fue increíble. El desayuno es magnifico.

Ubicación perfecta. Justito para 4cama un poco incómoda! Atención correcta.
No volveria a este hotel nunca!! Hay una disco enfrente que cierran a las 6 am!!! Con mucho ruido!!! Horrible!!! Las habitaciones no estan acondicionadas para ruido exterior!
