The cleanliness of this outlet is so bad! Mirror is smudgy, floors full of rubbish and oily, and chairs are filled with chicken crumbs. Staff is just standing around when they are obviously free.

Friendly staff . The service is slow when there are a lot of people.

Teruk kfc ni. Semua slow. Customer yg lain satu hal dh dpn kaunter tk buat decisions lg. Dah tu kaunter tu jd taman tema ke letak bdk2 kecik semua kt kaunter. Annoying!
