This brunch spot is run like a tight ship! The service is fantastic and the food is home cooked favourites with a twist. The Rancho eggs were a great balance of sweet and savoury. Get the Mill bacon !

William Peng

Get the mascarpone French toast and go all in by adding scrambled eggs and millionaires bacon . Eat so much your hands start to shake .

Luke Bornheimer

A hip , noisy and modern spot, Kitchen Story serves up unique twists on classic brunch dishes , fusion dishes and, their fan-favorite item, billionaire's bacon , which is tossed in brown sugar then baked

Mari Souza

Best food I had since arrived in SF four days ago. “Open Face” has everything i love: well made rice , tasty beef , egg and avocado . Staff was very helpful and polite. Totally recommend it.

Bkwm J

Interesting Frisco Benedict (chicken mango sausage , avocado , cherry pepper on levain toast w/ Meyer Lemon Hollandaise ! Oh the rainbow potatoes were A-Mazing! ε-(´∀`; )

Gus

Ok...prepare yourself for thousands of worth calories:deep fried french toast stuffed with mascarpone (check), millionaire bacon (check), coconut coffee (check)... everything delicious! And now... gym !

Mayank Mahajan

Red and green eggs were delicious and beautifully presented. Strong mimosas too. There's a bit of a wait during peak brunch hours.

Diana Arz

We had a really enjoyable dinner here. Cozy romantic atmosphere , delicious food that reminds of the food in Blackwood (Marina ). Spicy beef rolls were great ????

Yasmin

Great new spot! Restoration Hardware meets cozy kitchen with lots of personal touches. Gorgeous natural light , too. Loved the snowed spinach scramble, and my coffee was never even half empty.

Christian Renner

Food is really tasty especially the millionaires bacon . Service could be a bit more friendly especially because it all comes with a price tag! Try the Bloody Mary

Natalie M

Holy crap this is literally the best brunch/breakfast place ever. I can't wait to go back. The food is literally inspiring. Go try! I had the crab benedict-incredible. can't wait to try more

Casey Ryan

The Coconut soup was incredible. I ordered it as a starter and it was the best decision I made.

Miguel Barreto

Had their "finger licking" special (sweet breaded chicken ) and the "dancing Queen" (wagyuu steak over rice and long beans ) and loved both. The chicken was the star of the show

Adrian Barker

The mascarpone stuffed deep fried french toast is amazing; crispy and not overly sweet. Order a side of millionaire's bacon (if you have a sweet tooth) and you'll be stuffed.

Mary

This place is so good it doesn't make any sense. The millionaire bacon is amazing and, you basically can't go wrong with breakfast .

Steven Wakuu

One of the best brunch spots in SF - love bringing my friends from out of town . Weekend afternoon lines are ridiculous. Go right when they open to avoid the lines !

Grace S.

Delicious brunch spot . Definitely get the Millionaire bacon . Fries > breakfast potatoes . Breakfast til 3pm.

Hwanghah Jeong

Trendy atmosphere- sat outside with a big group for lunch . Loved the great service and my omelette was really good@

Daniel Rosario????

Super cute & cozy spot in Castro. The menu has a a lot of great items to chose from. Oh & of course BOTTOMLESS mimosas for $16! ;-)

James Lee

1: Bloody Mary : soju , tomato juice , house spices & pickles 2: Primavera Omelet : egg whites , roasted tomato , arugula , mushroom 3: Hellenic Salad : chicken , shrimp , olives , cucumbers , balsamic

Courtney Caccavo

The finger lickin' chicken comes with the most amazing sauce and the burgah boy is so tasty. Also love the honey butter and biscuits !

Greg Stephenson

Long lines so expect a wait but worth the wait. Eggs are incredible and omelette are the most fluffy I have had. Highly recommend the Ribeye Omurice

Lea Dessi-Olive

Great brunch but be ready to wait in line , gluten free bread available. Dinner Asian fusion - huge portions and limited gluten free options if sensitive to soy sauce

Sriram Krishnan

The potatoes are delicious. Bottomless mimosas are ace, and strong. I got the red and green poached eggs . They were good. The potatoes stole the show though

Mitali Gala

Quite good. The wait for brunches is LONG but you can sip on some mimosas will you wait :) oh, their French toast is mmmmmmmmmmm

Christina Frankovic

Frisco Benedict is absolutely delicious, Red & green Benedict delicious and light! And the millionaire's bacon is an absolute must, it's sweet, smokey and so so good.

Ashley Mowrey

The ricotta pancakes are small, which is great because you'll have room for the tri colored breakfast potatoes and bottomless diner flavored coffee

Lisa Sosa

Do yourself a favor and get the millionaire bacon ! I also had the red and green eggs Benedict - yumm!!

Todd Hanshaw

Amazing - better in a group as food is served with a heavy hand but delicious - and prepare to wait but they will give you a mimosa as you do

Will Z

Cover all your bases with bottomless mimosas , mascarpone french toast , and ribeye omurice ????????

Stephen Chisa

Make sure to order millionaire's bacon--it is superb! Even if you are not crazy about bacon it is worth it.

Jacqueline L.

Crazy line for weekend brunch . Understandable, since the rib-eye omurice is one of the few substances known by man that can soak up 20 bottomless mimosas . I mean, have you seen the size of that thing?

Kitchen Story is a Family restaurant with homestyle cooking located on the corner of 16th & Sanchez in the mission. Great Food and great service!

Milos Icevic

Breakfast menu is amazing, home made kind of food, try any benedicts, or Frisco in particular. Good and quick service , too.

Christopher Staton

The Big Eye Sandwich is succulent and delicious. The scallops are perfect and the millionaire's bacon is amazing as always. The avocado rounds out the experience nicely.

Chris Chou

With its tremendous serving of savory and sweet crisped pork belly , creamy avocado and liquid yolks , Belly Rancheros makes all the other breakfasts jealous.

Camilla C

The millionaire bacon and Meyer lemon French toast -- some of the best breakfast items I've had in awhile! Yum!

Karl Warden

The millionaire bacon definitely lives up to the hype. Had two eggs and the MB. The coffee and espresso are really good.

Varun Shetty

Menu is all over the place but get the samosas and pork belly to start. And have the burger as a main (it's maple infused).

Patrick Hayes

The deep fried French toast is outstanding. But it's enough food for about ten or twelve people

Martin Hecko

The mushroom omelet is decent. A dash under salted and they skimp on the hollandaise sauce . But it is cooked well and the butter croissant is flakey and crunchy

Lisa Lee

Best brunch ever. Great atmosphere! Service was great! Try the freshly squeezed orange juice and their omelets and their rainbow potatoes :)

Chloe Condon

Just get the burger - trust me. And the bacon is the best bacon you'll ever have.

David DyTang

Go for the french toast and millionaire's bacon . But be prepared to wait a while - they can be super slow in the kitchen.

Steve Somers

Do not miss the Burgah Boy. Maybe the best burger I've ever had. Great decor and friendly staff too.

Asterisk San Francisco

Amazing brunch place with delicious fresh California cuisine. The slow cooked bacon is a scrumptious eye-closer!

Jonathan Gottfried

The eggs were perfectly cooked, the French toast was unique and delicious, and the millionaire bacon was orgasmic. Worth the wait!

Jane Radstrom

Huge portions , unusual breakfast menu . My husband loves the steak omu rice , I've been working on tasting the rest of the menu.

Kevin

So good that I went there twice in two days. The Big Hass is everything you need in a breakfast , and nothing you don't.

Dennise Gearty

Kitchen Story is at the top of my favorites list. They have the best Tom Ka "Mom's Coconut Soup ", but everything there is delish.
