H&H Midtown Bagels West

This corner of the UWS was clearly missing a great bagel place - packed at 9:30 on Sunday morning. Fresh bagels kept coming. Staff was friendly and efficient to keep the long line moving.

Finally! A new favorite cozy spot to enjoy delicious bagels . Variety of cream cheese spreads - try the strawberry .

Was excited for another great bagel shop on the UWS but orders take longer than expected and they’ve messed up a few times. Be sure to double check everything

Probably my favorite bagel shop on the UWS. Sometimes delivery can be slow but the bagels are great and they’re generous with the cream cheese .

The bagel w lox spread was decent... but overly-doughy and an odd flavour to it + good amount of lox spread and toasted right length!!

The bagels here are fantastic, and they even have everything egg bagels !

I have never been to any place that regularly mixes up more orders than here. Takes forever too.

Incredibly slow service , don't go if you have less than 20 min to wait for your order. Plenty of staff , none seemed to know how to do anything despite looking earnest. One guy was doing everything.

Service keeps getting worse, staff is slow, rude, unresponsive and generally incompetent. Given huge amount of top bagel places around shocked they are still in business

Superb bagels , get Sable with light scallion cream cheese

They used to be the best bagels and now they get as hard as a rock in a couple of hours...

don’t even know why i came back — bagels are not good and neither is the service

Bagels spreads and fish are fine but bagels are dry :( not like the original H&H

Horribly slow service . 20+ minutes for an egg sandwich when there isn’t even a crowd. It’s unfortunate because their bagels are decent and there aren’t many options in the area.

Horrible slow service , staff is special picked to be the rudest dumbest and most incompetent bunch possible. Plenty of great bagels aroujd6, avoid this place whenever possible

Inconsistent bagels . Some days big some days small. Some crunchy some soft. It's ok, not great.
