Very nice and helpful service . Free sauna and gym . Clean room with many amenities included. Great location with metro exit right next to hotel . Wifi included in room price for two people.

Renovated 4,5-star hotel with impeccable service , enormous breakfast and reasonable price policy. Stay here for business trips and shopping tours at famous Kurfürstendamm stores.

I only have been here for a week on a training course but the service has been very friendly and everything looks modern and clean . Never heard of H10 before but it left a good impression on me... ????

Reservation without breakfast ? Have breakfast at Alt Berliner Biersalon! Cheaper, table service and much better than the Salt & Pepper buffet .

Nice, minimalistic rooms. Friendly . Very centrally located. Free Wi-Fi. But Wireless is too slow. 19 Euro for breakfast not worth the money. There are better places around.

Very good hotel friendly nice rooms and good lounge

Everything is a bit off. Rooms look cheap with awful light. The spanish guy at the front desk is very annoying and, apart from the waiters at the bar , service is quite bad. Good location.

Last time was disappointing. Premier lounge became 3 times smaller, limited set of snacks , no more PC inside. No coffee machine in the room, no drinking water. The staff was kind as always.

The most awful hotel in my entire life so far. Stayed quite often in 4* hotels , but this is far from being 4*. Small rooms, which used to be single, but they provide it as basic double. Never again

Very nice hotel BUT WiFi range sucks big time tried in many spots and all but one were really hard to work normally

Positively surprised in many ways... And the free wifi everywhere inside the hotel is the cherry on the cake .

Os lofts para família são espaçosos e tem o que é necessário pra preparar pequenas refeições, pratos , talheres, panelas... O sofá cama ótimo!!! Fiquei muito feliz com esse hotel !

Gönül rahatlığı ile herkese tavsiye edebilirim. Konum, temizlik ve hizmet olarak rahatlıkla seçilebilir. Tek kötü yanı otel resepsiyonuna merdivenle çıkılıyor olması. Bavulla inip çıkmaz biraz zor.

Nettes Hotel , relativ stylisch und modern. Großzügige Zimmer (Deluxe ). Super Lage, sehr zentral und gut erreichbar. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet .

Super hôtel , hyper confortable, bien situé. Petit déjeuner orgiaque à tomber par terre .
