228 Peace Memorial Park

Great place to take a break from the heat. Catches a good breeze here and the memorial is well worth the visit

Not just a boring park . Bring nuts (ONLY nuts or dried fruits pls!) and squirrels actually eat them from your hands! Lovely experience.

Peaceful respite from the busy city . Near Xi Men Ting shopping district. Buy breakfast takeaway from nearby shops n go there for a quiet picnic . Public toilets available

I like this park , it's nice if you have been walking around in the area, and want to sit down for a while. It's also conveniently accessible by MRT. NTU Hospital Stn right at the park 's entrance.

Quiet park in d middle of d city .Not many ppl.Not much 2c(even d landscaping is boring????)So it's ok if u just want2 relax.4tourist,u can skip it.There r much more interesting places 2c in Taipei.

An interesting part of Taiwan's history. Not much to see in actual museum but good history lesson and nice park surroundings. NT$20 entry fee.

Come here with nuts (just plain and not flavored please), and hand feed the very tame squirrels! Please do not use flash photography at them or try to poison them.

日本統治時代に作られた台湾で最も古い西欧式公園 。公園 の中央には1947.2.28に起きた事件の経緯と顛末が刻まれた大きな二二八記念碑 が建ち、歴史を感じられる公園 です。時間が許せばぜひとも国立台湾博物館 にも立ち寄ることをお勧めします。

総督府により台北新公園 として整備された、ごく初期の近代的な公園 の一つ。敷地内には二二八事件で重要な役割を果たしたラジオ放送局の建物（現二二八和平紀念館）や、JFAK→臺灣廣播電台のラジオ放送塔（放送亭）も残されている。

歴史に思いを馳せ、静か に祈りを捧げたい。そんな場所でした。

這裡有池塘可以餵魚和烏龜。輕鬆的溜小孩地點。旁邊的土地銀行可以看恐龍。或是去台灣博物館參觀。短短距離也可以很充實。
