Best casual Japanese food in Singapore hands down! Just ask any of the Japanese expat regulars here if you doubt it. Two great choices are the sara-udon (think HK crispy noodles ) and negi-toto maki .
nagasaki sara udon is HUGE. buta baranikku was amazing and of course umaki tama <3
Expected higher standards of such a well established eatery . Tempura is pre-fried, sashimi not chilled, sabah is like salted fish , the list goes on..
Love for sashimi . Die for sashimi !
I go to Botan all the time, it's quieter at dinner time and you can enjoy your food in peace .. try the Kaisen-don, the sauce is just YUM!
