Tonkatsu Ma Maison

One of the best places for tonkatsu in Singapore with the kurobuta rosu katsu set and Mameton set being the must tries here. Of course, the long queues during mealtimes explains it all.

Of the different branches I have visited, this has the best service and ambience! My go to set is Hire katsu ! 😋 Love their yummy tonjiru that’s also refillable!

I love the Kaki (Oyster ) Katsu plump & juicy! $8 for 2 pieces. I could eat more but I still have my Kurobuta Pork Tonkatsu to feast on.

Freeflow rice , soup and cabbage ! The tonkatsu is consistently excellent and i would say the best tonkatsu chain in singapore.

Can't go wrong with any order here. Tonkatsu is def crunchy but the hire katsu cld be less dry. Unlimited refills for miso soup , heaven. Food knowledge of wait staff cld be improved.

Their standard Tonkatsu set is substantial. Lasted me for hours! Had lunch there & 3 hrs later, still felt full. It didn't help that they offered unlimited shredded cabbage (drizzle w sesame sauce )

I keep coming back here. Friendly service , nice atmosphere, absolutely fantastic food. First dish in the menu with the dark miso sauce is the killer!!

The deep fried katsu is indeed lovely, and truly in Nagoyan spirit. The refill cabbage and rice is the big plus; however, the staff still lack of service mind, slow and not attentive.

came here with a date last month, took us 15 minutes to decide on the food. Everything literally looked the same haha. Great food and experience overall, 8/10

My must eat place when visiting Singapore! Pork loin and extra crab croquette on the side just guarantees satisfaction! Keep it up!

I'm totally in love with the Pork Loin .. Just right amount of fat as compared to the lean fillet.. Spare extra space for their to-die-for Miso filled with all the goodness.. :9

For tonkatsu , I enjoyed the fact that their deep-fried breaded layer does not crumble & fall off. And the pork cutlet is evenly fried

I ordered Hire katsu , and surprised by their thickness of meat. Excellent Dontaksu but including tax it was almost cost $30 per meal.

Order a set meal consisting salad , rice and miso soup . Then you can get free flow of salad , rice (plain or multi-grain) or miso soup .

Hire katsu melts in the mouth. Totally worth the heftier price tag.

Too hungry so didn't take pic but the katsus here are so delightful, crisp and not too oily. the miso sauce is a great condiment. Definitely a come back!

This special black pig  loin set is worth every penny! Very juicy & tender yet not dry or oily, crisy on the outside, fluff in the inside. Highly recommended!! 

This is the kurobuta hire set. The meat was really lean and I couldn't find traces of fat. (haha!) Service and ambience was really good here.

I've always believed that the Mandarin shop has the best katsu out of all their outlets.

Q can be quite long during peak hours. Large groups would be difficult to arrange for tables. All guests have to be present to be seated.

Have to order curry as it doesn't come with the set! Btw the rice is free flow (unless they forgot to charge me)

They serve the BEST ton jiru in town !!!! And its refillable!

There is no refill of coke slaw and soup . The server did not even bother to ask. The only task on hand seemed to clean up and close the shop asap for afternoon break. Not professional at all.

omg. 50 mins wait for a table on fri night. please do something about this or you will lose all ur customers. good food but not worth the hour wait. there are alot of good restaurants out there.

Terribly delicious, adequately fatty cutlets are matched by the miso sauce and service (offset a little by the disconcerting habit of turning on the lights before closing time, like a club).

Dinner queue moves too slowly! Waited an hr when i was just the 8th in queue. Service was no good during their peak hrs.
