The ramen here are artistically composed. The broth is balanced and rich, the noodles feel freshly made and all ingredients are of quality. The atmosphere feels young and is full of noisy efficiency.
One of the nicest ramen place in Singapore, the soup and shachu pork are deeply good taste. Strangely that hhis branch is better than other branches, and better than Bangkok one!
Get the egg topping - it's one of the best. Lemon soda went well with our ramen and you can refill it once (soda water and sugar syrup on table). Great ramen broth. Don't bother with chicken karaage .
Love the broth & the meat was so tender. If you chose HOT-it is really hot, so you might consider. Go for the matcha tiramisu . That was really nice too. Only this depressing mall setting is a bummer.
I've been here 7 times & have tried 14 dishes. LOVED: 1) Akamaru Shin-Aji Ramen 2) Ippudo Original Salad . FAILED: Bakuretsu Tofu (Spicy Tofu & Pork in Stone Pot). See Top 10 dishes on Foodmento: Read more
The ramen is spectacular! I also ordered the pork buns and crispy corn as recommended by others- indeed they were good! It's expensive for a bowl of ramen but if u r not having it everyday..indulge!
Tonkotsu ramen here is a must-try here. Do try the Hakata gyoza , steamed pork bun and Cheese Jaga Ball which complement well with the ramen . Be prepared to queue for at least an hour though.
Ippudo, probably the best ramen shop that I ever eaten. Try their ramen . I love the red bowl one (forgot the name), crispy corn , pork bun , and their steak (only available for dinner )!
Still my favorite ramen in Singapore ! Tried the seasonal special - tan tan . The broth is special and tasty - almost like authentic tan tan !
Absolute awesomeness, you can slurp the soup to the very last drop. Try Ramen with miso paste paired with a White Sangria . And the best part is where I can choose my ramen to be hard medium or soft.
You'll be collectively welcomed by the staff with "irashaimase". Their ramen are the best, food is ready in no time and the atmosphere is relaxing
Fantastic ramen right in the centre of Singapore! Also, try the 'canapés' they don't sound so good but are delicious :)
Akamaru ramen never fails to satisfy the palate with the fragrant ball of garlic stirred into the equally addictive soup base.
Love the ramen and rich soup stock! The appetizers were delightful. The tummy will conquer!
great taste of Gyoza , will never had enough of it, must try item! Nice ramen too, will do another visit next time surely..
Spicy ramen 2013!! Excellent choice. Each portion of additional toppings added other than the egg is enough to be shared amongst two ppl.
A taste of Japan in Singapore. Ramen & gyoza , and if you're still hungry, pork buns . Can't go wrong.
Ebi Avocado Delight is good appetizer . Ramen was and still is the best in Singapore.
Best ramen . Pork bun is a must try! Don't miss the cucumber salad .
The restaurant always have a long Q of people that their staffs are always chasing dinners out once they are done. Good & bad, depending on which side of the fence you are on.
Pork bun and crispy corn for side order, whatever your favorite ramen is!
I had the classic but my friend had the seasonal spicy black ramen that was awesome and had a good kick to it!
renowned for their tonkotsu broth! Try their Akamaru modern, Karakamen or Shiromaru. Not a fan of the shoyu ramen though. Their Hakata style GYOZA is love & the Ippudo Pork Buns .. both is a must-try! Read more
I must admit the thickness of the pig broth is exactly how I'd like it to be & it's bloody tasty. Minus points for the miserable slice of pork belly though. Lose out to Santouka for the pork !
The best ramen . you must try akamaru tamago
Their pork buns are to die for. And their ramen never disappoint, Ippudo is always a sure bet.
Followed some of the reviews and Akamaru Ramen is delicious indeed.
Try the Ippudo Karakamen. It's spicy Tonkotsu Ramen served with minced pork and spicy paste. Oh remember to ask for extra garlic . It took my ramen to a whole new level of goodness, really. Try it. Read more
I can detect the faint regionalized flavor profile of the broth and chashu but is still a good bowl of ramen .
Popular Japanese franchise but its ramen lacks the rusticity and grittiness that you'll find in any ramen shops in Japan.
Medium noodle tasted just right. The original soup was also not very salty. So all in all, the ramen tasted really good. Additional noodle can be added if you have remaining soup too!
Clear soup ramen , pork buns , crispy corn 👍👍👍
Great Ramen ! Potato salad is delicious. Salmon Roll is also great!
the interior deco & seating arrangement. V spacious in between tables. Hate the insane queue (waited an hr on avg weekdays!) Thank gdness serving time is fast & efficient! Overall dining exp!
Spicy Miso Tonkotsu Ramen is AMAZING! Start with Pork and Shrimp Bun
Expensive, but the best ramen in Singapore . Long line (no kidding, velvet rope outside) and when they run out you're out of luck so get in early. Besides ramen , pork buns and renkon chips are yummy!
Ramen is really good - rich miso broth, noodles with the right chewy al-dente consistency. But for those who are avoiding fat or who don't like it - don't order akamura ramen - lots of floating fat ;(
Spicy boiled gyoza is unique. Taste like a spicier version of the sichuan red oil wonton .
Mini beers for just enough to wash down salty ramen . Super friendly staff
The Karaka-men was my favorite. The gyozas were very nice too.
Shrimp buns are the bomb. Try them! If u have a large group of abt 6 - 8 and are willing to spend upwards of $30+ per person, they offer u the VIP room if it's available.
Original shiromaru special was good. Bamboo shoots were well seasoned. Egg yolk was too hard though, prefer mine to be slightly more runny
Ton tonkatsu ramen was tasty, however not nearly as high quality as Ippudo in Japan!
Good as always. They have flavors unique to the location.
Akamaru Special Ramen for only SGD 25 and extra bamboo shoot
The spicy miso was incredible and full of flavour again, although still a little too salty!
Seasoning ramen is always a nice treat. Top your ramen with the egg if it doesn't already come with one! :)
Go to Ippudo for nice Ramen with Extravagant interior and Friendly waiter / waitress . Go for the Akamaru ramen as the soup is extra tasty with garlic oil . =D
Hands down my Favourite ramen store in Singapore!
Akamaru ramen broth was beautifully rich. Loved it!
Love the European all-day breakfast, brioche bread and sauteed mushrooms. Cozy interior - love the upcycled vintage furniture. - Tracy
One of the best Rosu Katsu #tonkatsu with free refill of miso, cabbage & rice. Comparable with Tonkitchi @Ngee Ann - •• i v y •
The gyoza also good! Make the sauce with soy sauce vinegar to make it even better. - Melissa Agustina
Great Japanese Ramen! You can choose thickness of the soup, softness of noodles and chicken oil. Free boiled egg! :) - HaeAn Sung

You gotta have the okonomiyaki at the basement, great comfort food. - Malcolm P.
