Hotel is in good quiet location but also access to downtown and nearby attraction only in 10-15 mins walking distance. It serves great hot breakfast and have tour assistance to customers.

Nice hotel if you get a good deal . Could use an update / renovation and the hallway doors aren't very sound proof for when partiers come back in the middle of the night. Highly recommend hot tub .

Superb hotel . Nice rooms, super staff and free WiFi . Business class rooms have Nespresso machines too!

Enjoy the seasonal cuisine at the hotel 's Skrudur restaurant , and have amazing panoramic city views from the Grillio Restaurant .

If weather is bad make a reservation in advance at the hotel restaurant . All booked up the night of bad weather. Over all a nice hotel .

staff are rude and arrogant, we were told we are not booked at the hotel we had to prove we were. We booked a double standard and was given two single beds in a disgusting room not even an apology

Great hotel

Rooms are cold, lots of noise, corridors warmer than the room, sporadic heat changing showers . If you're not here for business go to Kex hostel instead. Out of 10 I rate this an F.

Reykjavik'in en iyi ve en büyük otellerinden birisi. Kahvaltısı güzel. Personel güler yüzlü. İzlanda'yı keşfetmek için araba kiralamak gerekiyor. Otoparkı olması büyük avantaj.

Ресторан на 8 этаже офигенный, но к сожалению его закрыли на ремонт :( на ресепшен лучше не обращайтесь) все равно окажется не правдой )
