People have littered and thrown their garbage about here... It would be a lovely park if people had any respect and sense of responsibility.

Rainey -> Socrates -> Goodwill -> Astoria -> Demarco makes for a nice 2 mile run along the East River .
Avoid after dark. Cops love to enforce park regulations here.
