Very cute grid of buildings with pretty courtyards . Shops & restaurants here a bit higher in price. But worth a stroll if u are in the area.

In summer time I was walking around Mitte. Then I realized that I’m in kind of labyrinth with full of interesting hidden stores. I felt like I’m exploring wonderland which is lost in time and space.

A group of courtyards with design shops, nice cafes and also a cinema and theater . Worth to visit!

The area is a mekka of art , books , unike restaurants and shopping in small shops . Also markets and live street music . My favourite place at my trip to Berlin!

The art nouveau style on the walls brings out a really charming feel. The shops inside are also nice to wander around in on a Saturday

Although they use the Ampelmann logo, they don't sell Ampelmann stuff. Go into the original Ampelmann shop inside Hackscher Hof to find them!

Always interesting to take a look around and show the newcomers the metal@monster that moves (1€). Usually people get impressed. Shops are mediocre but area is nice.

If you have some time left, stroll through this Höfe. Nice vibe and little shops.

Time has stopped here, once you enter the first square your time-space reality breaks. Loiter around, breath the air in.

Walk through there once and forget it. The shops survive because of the sheer number of people not because of the goods they sell.
