Melty Pork Spicy Ramen is excellent and comparable to many higher end Ramen joints in the city . The name may be typically Japinglish, but very accurate. The pork is so tender it is indeed "melty".
Export from Japan. Love their broth, one of the best bowls of ramen you can get in New Jersey. Try the spicy miso , my favorite. Cash only .
Toroniku Salt Ramen : The deconstructed version features wavy noodles and broth in one bowl, and pork belly and other add-ins neatly arranged on an adjacent plate. Read more
Shio ramen tonkotsu toroniku (melty pork ) is pretty good, get it to go and eat by veterans field if you can’t find seats in the food court area, outdoor dining picnic style!
The highlight of Mitsuwa's food court , Santoka offers a compact list of ramen and sides. Opt for the Miso or Spicy Miso , which comes with chashu , scallions , menma, and kikurage mushrooms .
Really great ramen dishes at this place and inside of Mitsuwa. Eat some ramen then buy some groceries . You don't need to go to a high-end restaurant when it is just as good here.
Part of my "Best items I've eaten in NJ" list, is Santouka,s Super Melty Pork with Salt Ramen . Only made better by the Mitsuwa market it's located in, it's like traveling to another country for 40min.
Melty pork is so good. Pair it with some salt ramen .
Spicy miso (pictured). But I tried the melty pork from a friend and dear lord it was good
Great Ramen with relatively reasonable price. Their set menu gives you a variety of choice.
Highly recommend to order a set with a small donburi . My favorite is Oyakodon -- salmon and salmon roes on the rice .
Ramens pretty good here. The set meals with the difference rice bowls isn't really that great but will fill you up. Ramen bowls come in different sizes.
Had my noodles sitting by the window watching the ships go by. Great place to eat, shop and relax!
Best ramen in the area, hands down. Worth the little bit of wait. Cash only , but ATM is steps away.
I prefer the lighter soup flavor compared to all the popular places in NY -- i live a litttle longer!
Get the miso ramen combo. It's cheap and delicious!
On the weekend, prepare for a 20-40 min. wait for food after you pay. Ramen is well worth it.
This place has excellent ramen . Some of the best I’ve had.
Food court by the marketplace . Delicious!
I was always get the shyo ramen with nato rice set, and my hubby usually gets spicy miso ramen with ikura rice set. Both are really good!
Ramen is solid. Right up there with the great spots in NYC.
Ramen worth waiting in long lines for. Shop at Mitsuwa for yummy Japanese goodies while waiting!
Better than any Ramen place in NYC...! Get it with extra side of melty pork OMG
Spicy miso ramen , also potential to make it a set
Special melty pork ramen with soy sauce broth... tastes like japan, and 20 minutes from NYC or Newark.
Long lines but the ramen is good. Can be hard finding a seat in the food court seating area.

So bomb. A taste of California.
My favorite flavor was hoji-cha (roasted green tea). It's like a milder, toastier matcha. Still, I'd recommend getting a waffle bowl so you can try other flavors, too. - Emily Wilson
Excellent tempura place for a food court. They fry in sesame oil. I love the tempura egg w/ runny yolk - add a silky element that contrasts well with the crunch of tempura. - DivineJudge1
They seem to always be running out of food. I wanted to get the karage but they ran out! I ended up getting the cutlet and it was really good! - ????T

Gluten free choco chip cookies! Goodness! Crisp and buttery goodness! - Ms. Dee Bell
The store in NYC is larger, has more selection and variety, and is cheaper. This store disappoints. - PSU-Lion Di
