You don't have to like meat to warm up to the city 's best steakhouse . While grilled beef is the centerpiece, chef John Critchley stocks his menu with all sorts of temptations from field and stream.
Sip whiskey in a luxurious atmosphere at this Georgetown hotel 's lounge . Bourbon is obviously the focus, but there's plenty of Asian whisky and a rare collection of Scotches behind the marble bar . Read more

The pork belly is like butter melting in your mouth and is a must try. This was the best dish I had here. My only gripe is I wish there was more given on the plate. So good!
Washingtonian says don't miss: Tuna tartare ; wedge salad ; charcuterie board; lamb burger ; truffled mac+cheese; coco-bean cassoulet with goat ; caramel apple with hibiscus ; Grape Expectations cocktail
Everything was simply divine. My brother is a chef here, and he continues to set the standard night after night. Don't miss the duck fat fries and the black truffle butter rolls .
Lobster pot pie is the way to go!
Duck fat fries are the best. We came just for that. The steak and drinks are good as well but today we just wanted the fries .
Love this restaurant . Get dinner at Bourbon steak. The burger was delicious any juicy
The steak given its monopoly on true wagyu is insanely good: rest of the menu bloated and awful. Butter diluted by white asparagus—white because it is dc. Restaurant for rich non foodies
Quite possibly the greatest burger/fry combo you'll ever eat (not just at a bar , but anywhere).
Pulled pork cupcakes are NOT on the lunch menu ... But we asked nicely, and the chef made us a batch. Overall: a lovely experience w/ stellar bar staff and a memorable drink menu.
tuna Rossini is excellent! the Potomac martini I remember from past trips was truffled & OUTSTANDING! The new Potomac now contains caviar , & is $95! perhaps worth it, but I couldn't tell you. too $$$
The best thing about waiting for your entrees here is the complimentary fries . Very different from the usual bread most restaurants offer.
Order the 35-Day Dry-Aged 18 oz Bone-In New York Strip which is prepared rare to perfection!
The patties at Gtown's vaunted Bourbon Steak prove delicious enough to commingle with the others on this month's Favorite Five list, and include a Korean barbecue salmon number w/ kimchi / jalapenos . Read more
Wagyu burger and fries were so delicious. Don’t miss it.
Excellent food and outstanding service but very noisy and cramped.
Great taste and very well cooked. Like the outside patio and the service is awesome
duck fat fries and black truffle bread rolls are complimentary with your meal in the dining room. need I say more?
The burger is simple w/ Cabot cheddar , house-pickles & their secret sauce (think ketchup-mayo). It's good but pricey at $19. The duck fat fries and complimentary black truffle rolls are silly good. Read more
Easy parking . Great service. Awesome food and nice wine list plus extensive drink menu. Porter house is best in DC. You won't be disappointed.
Steak is obviously the specialty at chef Michael Mina 's restaurant in the Four Seasons, but the lounge is also home to a buzzed-about pork cupcake . You know you want one.
The truffle butter rolls are heavenly

The new cheese program from pastry chef Brent Balika is impressive. We love the Le Brenton Blugeres, which are gougeres filled with whipped blue cheese .
From Washingtonian: Get the Lamb Burger , but skip beer and get one of the lounge 's stellar cocktails
Read the back of the coasters. You won't be disappointed.
Request Jason as your waiter - her's the best. Also, you most DEF have to get the mac and cheese .. their tuna tartar is also amazing
The main dining room is bright and noisy , the smaller annex cozier. Tables are covered in leather, and there’s the whiff of money in the crowd of politicos, Georgetown old guard , & singles at the bar .
