The only downside is the small spaces and rooms, this might be normal for Europeans. The bed is very good comfortable , location is excellent and staff is friendly .

Rooms are nice. Hotel very centrally located - 5 minutes to St. Stephan's and 5 minutes to Schwedenplaz for trams , buses , U (subway), airport bus and taxis . Staff are helpful.
The bar is open all the day. It's time to take a fresh drink , and let's open the discussion. Lounge music is in the air.
My expectations for this hotel was higher then expected. It needs renovation and redesigning, design is too old, bathroom also had a problems. Otherwise everything was clean !

6€ premium internet is just as bad as the free internet. Room cleaning is minimal, garbage isn't always emptied. Staff is friendly and well located.

Weak internet. Unsavory breakfasts . Weak sound isolation between the rooms. The only good thing is location. And it's just perfect.
Definitely not a 4* hotel . Real standard is 3* at the latest. The only good thing about is it's very well and also quiet location .
