The macaroni salad is great, matzah ball soup rocks, the bagel chips are crispy , the Reuben is juicy -- but expect to spend a small fortune on everything. $20 minimum for lunch ?!!
Opened in 1957. Traditional Jewish deli . Its had some remodeling, but displays one the original neon signs out front.
Great rye bread . Portions are very large and delicious
$6 for a cappuccino ??! C'mon people.. get serious. And it was a rubbish cappuccino too! Overall the food was OK- but really expensive - maybe they are just cashing in on the unsuspecting tourists . Bad.
Matzoh Ball Soup , Corned Beef and Monte Cristos
Try the Liverwurst Sandwhich - Vaddya think? Delicious, oye vey
Corned Beef Reuben w/ Onion Rings . One sandwich easily feeds two people!
Monica games us Fab service
If you're in the mood for salty, fishy goodness, order the whitefish salad sandwich .
$6 for a side of mashed potatoes ? Seriously?
Try the Liverwurst Sandwhich - Embracing my 80 year old inner Jew
Holds up to the NYC standards.
Way too expensive . Langer's deli is a better value.
Order dr.brown sodas 4 diet black cherry or cream taste awesome
Average. No seedless rye , corned beef is a bit dry. Too much mayo in the coleslaw .
Two words: pastrami dip .
BEST DELI IN LOS ANGELES!!!!! This is and Canters are my childhood delis . And Arts is my favorite!
You can tell this place is good just by the sheer number of seniors here on a Sunday afternoon.
Don't eat across from Jaffe, his mere presence will ruin your appetite
Overpriced and slow. However, once your food actually arrives, there's enough for two or three meals.
Turkey salad to go
Way too expensive for mediocre deli food.
Restaurant is half-empty and the service is awful. We can see our food waiting to be brought to us...
Soda cones in gihigic glasses
Stick to traditional deli fare and you'll be golden. Keep your eyes peeled for a celebrity or two while you're there!
Many say this is the best deli in the city . You can't go wrong with the pastrami and the matzoh ball soup .
Awesome deli my favorite in Los Angeles area. Try the Super Ruben or the Lox Benedict.
Exquisite food and superiority in the deli genre.
Buenos sandwiches aunque GIGAAANTES!
Came here to have a tasty deli sandwich, but it was too early. Very pleasantly surprised that they would have excellent guacamole wrapped into a fresh breakfast burrito. Best I've had. - Derek Fromson
definitely make sure to get the matzo ball soup with the noodles and carrots. Hot pastrami was excellent, but go for the canters fairfax pastrami corned beef. - kyung enriquez
Delicious spot to rest after enjoying the studio city Sunday farmers market. Staff was a bit flat though ???? - JNET
I loved this coffee spot, the baristas are super friendly and the ambiance is so relaxing - Humberto Jimenez
Very cool building for a book store, it's an old theater. - Lane Pelovsky
Great small batch ice cream shop with all kinds of interesting flavors. They also hand make their waffle cones right while you watch. Taste everything before you make a decision. - Khris
