Came here on a Wednesday right before dusk to take pregnancy photos w/ my wife by suggestion of our good photographer friend. Park was super chill . Apparently it's the opposite on the weekends.

Great view of DTLA . Parking is limited, but it is a great space for picnics and walking your dog.
