The outdoor seating here is one of the best I’ve been to in NYC. Prices are fantastic for the location. You can’t go wrong with anything here. The steamed mussels and the pappardelle are standouts.

Don't just walk by like I did. It's super cute , extremely reasonably priced and the food is great! Giant carafes of house wine just make everything better. A true neighborhood gem .

The grilled calamari and the portobello mushrooms are great appetizers . The pasta is superb. The whole wheat stracchetti is friggin' tastic. If you are STARVING, the pork chop is very heavy. Burp!!

Classic Long Island Italian style restaurant with excellent, inexpensive food. And the wine carafes are a great value .

Got the squid ink tagliolini w clams , cherry tomatoes & white wine , paired w lambrusco. Everything was delicious and masterfully prepared, even the simple spinach with garlic was a delight.

Great lil Italian restaurant . Bread sticks are to die for. Tiramisu is yummy. Try the lemon sorbet , soooo good. Their food is superb and prices are reasonable, range from $13-20 dollars.

Low key in an uppity area. It's not the best food but it's a great place to go with friends for a chill , unpretentious meal.

The gnocchi were silky perfection. The papardelle was straight up italian home comfort food . And the pannacotta OH MY!

The pappardale with truffle oil is one of the best meals I've ever had!!! The flatbread appetizer was good but prusciutto mediocre/too much.

Get the house montepulciano, and the braised lamb shank . All of the pasta is homemade . Nice relaxed atmosphere .

There isn't a lot of space to wait at the front- come at an off hour or make a reservation . Totally worth it though. Try the Tiramisu !

grilled veggie with goat cheese app is great, be sure to get a bottle of house wine , very cheap , this place also takes reservations so call ahead, always a wait!!

Had the paparadella with sausage - hubby had cavatelli . Both very good. Carpaccio salad was delicious!

These are like mini fluffy pancakes topped with prosciutto sprinkled with cheese . Yay

If you get the prosciutto flat bread appetizer , make sure you have 3-4 people to split it. It's huge!

One of my fave Italian places where there's homemade pasta . All dishes are great but I recommend the gnocchi or the parapadelle!

Don't eat too much of their breadsticks ! Save room for their other great dishes like their grilled shrimp and salmon -- yum!

Homemade gnocchi was awesome! The guy who said it smells like wet dog is clueless. If you don't like gorgonzola , don't order it.

Definitely one to skip! Every dish was bland (especially the squid ink pasta with sounded great and was highly recommended) and the waiter was extremely arrogant and rude.

Don't order the hanger steak or "chocolate cake " dessert . They are both terrible. The bread and olive oil are awesome, though.
