The outdoor seating here is one of the best I’ve been to in NYC. Prices are fantastic for the location. You can’t go wrong with anything here. The steamed mussels and the pappardelle are standouts.

Don't just walk by like I did. It's super cute , extremely reasonably priced and the food is great! Giant carafes of house wine just make everything better. A true neighborhood gem .

Allan Monteron

The grilled calamari and the portobello mushrooms are great appetizers . The pasta is superb. The whole wheat stracchetti is friggin' tastic. If you are STARVING, the pork chop is very heavy. Burp!!

Hillel

Classic Long Island Italian style restaurant with excellent, inexpensive food. And the wine carafes are a great value .

Claire Wang

Got the squid ink tagliolini w clams , cherry tomatoes & white wine , paired w lambrusco. Everything was delicious and masterfully prepared, even the simple spinach with garlic was a delight.

Meli

Great lil Italian restaurant . Bread sticks are to die for. Tiramisu is yummy. Try the lemon sorbet , soooo good. Their food is superb and prices are reasonable, range from $13-20 dollars.

Jessie Catana

Low key in an uppity area. It's not the best food but it's a great place to go with friends for a chill , unpretentious meal.

Nancy

Good reasonable Italian food freshly prepared; neighborhood gem with outdoor/indoor tables. Small selection but well paired Italian wines .

David White

The gnocchi were silky perfection. The papardelle was straight up italian home comfort food . And the pannacotta OH MY!

Brooke

Delicious homemade pasta , hefty wine pours, cozy atmosphere , great prices for the neighborhood , great location. Def highly recommend.

Alana Zaic

The cavatelli with pesto , shrimp , and salmon is positively DIVINE. The staff is wonderful and attentive. This place is an absolute gem!

Mike Dudas

Best neighborhood Italian spot in NYC. Start with the prosciutto flat buns & mussels , finish with any pasta on the menu.

Lori Ying

The pappardale with truffle oil is one of the best meals I've ever had!!! The flatbread appetizer was good but prusciutto mediocre/too much.

Daniel

The best gnocchi Gorgonzola of my life. And the service in this place is unique, amazing

Kate Hind

Get the house montepulciano, and the braised lamb shank . All of the pasta is homemade . Nice relaxed atmosphere .

Sara Caldwell

There isn't a lot of space to wait at the front- come at an off hour or make a reservation . Totally worth it though. Try the Tiramisu !

Daniel Heller

grilled veggie with goat cheese app is great, be sure to get a bottle of house wine , very cheap , this place also takes reservations so call ahead, always a wait!!

Marc Schneeberger

Amazing amazing pasta ! Homemade local pasta ! It’s a real italian experience!

Christopher Lee

Great Italian spot at very reasonable prices. Flatbread with prosciutto is highly recommended!

Barbara Sinacori

Had the paparadella with sausage - hubby had cavatelli . Both very good. Carpaccio salad was delicious!

Jess Lau

These are like mini fluffy pancakes topped with prosciutto sprinkled with cheese . Yay

Natalie Anillo

If you get the prosciutto flat bread appetizer , make sure you have 3-4 people to split it. It's huge!

Caroline Schulweis

Great authentic Italian food . Cozy atmosphere . Get the bolognese pasta .

Evie

Get the Pappardelle al Ragu no matter what. The pesto cavatelli is a wonderful option as well .

Samantha Boltax

Cute Italian place and atmosphere. Not amazing but good and well priced

Chris Davis

Delicious food, excellent service, and great prices. Entrees around $13. Make a reservation or get there early to beat the dinner rush!

Caitlin Halle

I always get the Bolognese ! I try to stray but it's so amazing I cannot!

Benjy Weinberger

Lamb ravioli in butternut squash and sage sauce was awesome!

Ali Wightman

One of my fave Italian places where there's homemade pasta . All dishes are great but I recommend the gnocchi or the parapadelle!

F-Factor Nutrition

Don't eat too much of their breadsticks ! Save room for their other great dishes like their grilled shrimp and salmon -- yum!

Mark Rentschler

The lamb shank with the saffron risotto was amazing.

Speedy food service. Attentive staff . Food is very mid however

Eddie

Homemade gnocchi was awesome! The guy who said it smells like wet dog is clueless. If you don't like gorgonzola , don't order it.

Stefanie D

papardelle w/ sausage and truffle oil . o m g. and the mushroom , polenta , gorgonzola appetizer is incredible.

Uyennie

cute . cheap . great pasta

Suzanne Carter

Get the pappardelle

Eyal

Definitely one to skip! Every dish was bland (especially the squid ink pasta with sounded great and was highly recommended) and the waiter was extremely arrogant and rude.

Lui Sieh

Wine , risotto , tiramisu , ravioli

Jonathan Kennell

Don't order the hanger steak or "chocolate cake " dessert . They are both terrible. The bread and olive oil are awesome, though.

Sarah Chappel

Excellent pasta and the portions sizes are perfect.
