If you know the right people Lilly's hosts private events with free drinks! Luckily I know some of the best. Bittersweet, as my first was also my last time partying with the dapper likes of Lilly's!

Beautiful interior and quiet ambiance. Not your usual trendy crowd but everyone should come here at least once to appreciate the decor. Good for catching up with friends and a neighborhood gem .

One of my favorite spots in the city . Great first date spot , great food and this place is just SO pretty during the holidays. Gets very crowded so I wouldn't recommend going with a large group.

Beautiful interior . Nice for a drink or two if you can sit closer to the exit. Too busy on the weekends and usually full of after work bankers and the such.

The atmosphere is great for drinks and their cocktail and beer selection is nice. It is a bit loud in there with the music so I wouldn't go with a big group.

One of my favorite bars ! Food and drinks are great. During the week it's a quiet place to go with friends or for a date. Friday nights it's overwhelmingly crowded and the place is too small to enjoy.

Get the half pound burger , you won’t regret it. This place is also really festive during the holidays too, with a fun vibe, just like old school English pubs .

Just as classic and cool as the Times Sq location, but it felt more spacious ... maybe not tho -- handful of happy hour specials (til 7p) and great bar food options at all times!!

Great lunch deals on Mon to Fri 11am-4pm. One dish and a glass of beer combination is $12. Shepherds pie is delicious!!

Great for work outings if you work in midtown. They have the trifecta for drinkers: good cocktails , selection of wines , and a bevy of on tap options.

Great night life with the world friendliest staff . It's easy to become a regular. Food is also solid. Pulled pork sliders are a great choice

Good spot for a wide selection of beers , seasonal drafts , and cocktails . The bar is quite beautiful in design, friendly staff , too.

Place changes themes during the season..alice in wonderland rn, super whimsical and cute for date spot . Got shepherd's pie which was just ok, nothing to write home about

Avoid the happy hour crowds and take advantage of the lunch specials instead. A great place to work outside of the office (plenty of outlets and wifi ).

Nachos are huge! Wings are are breaded a lil which I'm not normally into but they have great flavor. Good beer too...if your into that sorta thing and a free glass of wine/beer with Yelp check-in!!

Great place, awesome service, stay away from the Crab Cakes . Not good. Mac and cheese is ubbbber cheesy, fries are superbly crunchie :)

Find a place to lean and hold strong - this place get's PACKED on the weekends and evenings. However, the decor is worth it.

Come for the Lillie Pennie . Traditionally called a "Moscow Mule " this mix of vodka , ginger beer and lemon served in a copper mug is the best drink they make!

A little more calm and spacious in the back but plenty of liveliness all around in here.

I did get 2 free drinks out of checking in on both yelp & foursquare here. Kudos to the waitress for allowing that. There are way too many deuches & yuppies on the prowl here for me to really digest.

This place is so cool. But bottomless mimosas I don't think so. Here for an hour had 2 drinks. This bald guy ( manager) dose nothing to help the staff . This place is awesome but need more help.

My mom might call this place, "that Victorian brothel", but I like to call it, "the bar with the great lunch special and the nice whiskey list."
