This Starbucks is a part of the hotel - if you aren't a guest you need to ask for a key from the front desk to use the bathroom .

Staff at La Concha location is indifferent to the point of being rude. Don't honor coupons or free drink on birthday. Staff at Starbucks in Marriott on North Roosevelt are really pleasant.

This is a nice place 2 go 2 & get a cup of coffee in Key West.

If it's your birthday.... Don't go there. They won't give you your birthday drink because they're "a franchise".
