Great new iteration of Myrtle Ave's Peck's. They serve Joe coffee and have a punch card system. It's perfect for sitting all day with your laptop or a book . And there's food!

Not too much seating, but nice benches on the sidewalk outside. They use Joe's Coffee Beans
