Chai Chuan Tou Yang Rou Tang has been serving up rich, Teochew-style mutton soup from Bukit Merah View Hawker Centre for over three decades
Ribs were superb and they serve goat 's brain too. Excellent!

Cheap (compared to other places) & good turtle soup here. Turtle meat is very tender and the aroma of the herbs adds flavor to the soup. Order their braised turtle too, also very yummy. - Jonathan Lim
