Cheen The Curious

Malay-style chicken rice . Delicious fare from Aspirasi 01-45. Order the ayam penyet $5 for a superior meal. Rice & soup all tasty

Cheen The Curious

Nasi Ayam Penyet . Compared to Inspirasi nearby, Farasha #01-31 offered greater value. For $5 plate, u get sides of half a tempeh , half a fried tofu , & a fried chicken leg. Meat was flavourful

Min Min

I bought the $3 hokkien mee (Lowest price $2.50!) with 4 prawns , a generous serving of squid ! Moist and tasteful. Worth a buy!

James Quaky

#01-18 Fish soup is now called "Harbourfront fried fish seafood soup " in Mandarin! My $4.50 'yan yang' noodle soup ! Loved the fish texture!

Darren Yap

Fu Ji Handmade Noodle . I tried the sliced fish ban mian. Generous serving for only $3. Tastes good and the soup is piping hot - just the way I like it. If you are starving, maybe you can upsize - $4.

Cheen The Curious

Wantan noodles . Kowloon Wanton Noodles 01-50 serves HK-style WTM. Wantans were overcooked — slightly hard to chew. Noodles were just right, not overly springy. Generous char siew & vege slices

Ting

Check out Bin Fen Delight (#01-28). This stall had been here for ages and offer great fried white beehoon with side dishes. Sweet and sour pork is good!

Song

For fruit juice fix, Cheng Xing is the best stall. If you're looking for sugarcane juice , it's on the other extreme end of this stall.

Cheen The Curious

Mee Goreng . Savoury dish from Jasmin Stall #01-46. Generous ingredients like minced mutton , egg , chopped onions & cabbage , taugeh (beansprouts). This plate $4

I would dare say one of the most pleasant hawker centre where all the stallholders are so polite and friendly ... not to mention the good and reasonably priced food!

Jonathan Lim

The nasi ayam penyet from this stall is sedap!

Cheen The Curious

Hainanese curry rice . Crunchy pork chop from Kheng Nam Lee #01-53. Curry not spicy . Long but fast-moving queue during workday lunch

Gabriel Seah

For some reason there're 8 tailor shops here

One of my fav spots in Singapore. See the juiceman at 01-40, furthest stall in the corner towards the city .

Vincent Goh

Good breakfast spot - nasi lemak , mixed rice , Malay style chicken rice

Evan Tony

There's lot's of Chinese store that close in the early evening. So there's mostly Indian or Malay stores left open through out the evening.

Lina Yippy

Thaksin beef noodle soup is awesome! Try it and you will not regret it!

Irene CGB

The Thai Stall serves really good Green Curry and Kang Kong . Give it a try!

Cheen The Curious

Key duplication service from stall #01-15, among the group of tailors

Nigel Choi ????????

Famous spot for breakfast and lunch . Late evening stalls closing and less choices.

Elizabeth Lee

Plenty of good food in this old school hawker centre. Try the lu rou fan stall at the back.

Cheen The Curious

Duck rice from Cai Ji 01-58 was disappointing after a long lunchtime queue. Average-tasting duck slices. Salty soup . No yam bits in their rice . Chilli sauce has non-existent kick

Ahmad Faizal

One of the best and most affordable Briyani in SG!

Jamie De Jesus

Make sure that you get around first before deciding what to eat. There are tons of stalls to choose from.

Nor Salman

The juice shop at the corner nearest to the bus interchange ... great!
