Tortas are great!!! My girlfriend loves this place. I'm very happy we have included Tortaria into our relationship bc it makes everything in life better. She would leave me for the eggplant torta tho

Great margaritas ! Get the pitchers , they are cheaper! The tacos are incredible! Their condiments are a god-send and make chips and guac a next level experience! Incredible vibe! Pricey for tacos tho

Loved the eggplant torta topped with avocado and jalapeño . Quick service , large menu and the torta are more filling than you think. It's a must try if you're near Union Square!

The food is just delicious!! I have the torta burger , fries and the mini chimichangas . Very unique flavors! Highly recommended. The prices are a little bit to high for the portions.

Reliably tasty and a fun atmosphere (good playlist, too loud for conversation some times. ) don't bother with the salads . I love the eggplant torta and cauliflower tacos .

Sad that they raised prices recently, but you can't go wrong with the the $3 empanadas . This place is hoppin, always a young crowd and the music is the perfect blend of deep and tropical house.

Loved everything I had here! Perfect spot for affordable drinks and small bites w a few friends. Bathrooms also have some spectacular decor ;)... Don't forget to ask for a shot of the house tequila !

Very cozy cute Mexican restaurant with a variety of drinks and delicious food. The staff is friendly and service is fast. Definitely recommended.

Great taquitos/tacos! Steak Del norte is probably my fav. The seasonal bbq lobster roll was meh. Prices are a little on the high side, but overall I love this place.

Great atmosphere. Food is delicious. Get the chicken chimichangas and a small guacamole . Good looking customers and great music . Would be a fun first date spot .

Eggplant torta is great, but the size of a ShakeShack Burger . Sauces at table are good (smoked, BBQ Mayo ?, red & green) Cauli taco is good. Drafty in winter - needs a temp door.

I'm Mexican, so listen to me when I tell you that I like this place. The tortas are not big. But they are done really well . Imagine your Mexican mom being a chef and doing things uppity style.

Al pastor tacos were sweet and satisfying, guac was fresh, and raspberry margarita pitcher was masterfully crafted. But chips are too salty IMHO and tortillas fresh but break easily.

Simply finding a spot to sit down can be a challenge sometimes but the staff will help out where they can. Be sure to order a side so you can nibble while you wait.

Amazing food and pretty good margaritas . The atmosphere is super fun, if not a little too Disney World themey. I had a really nice time. Chicken and ham torta is delicious.

The margarita flavor of the day is significantly cheaper! I have a feeling it's always lemon lime , but whatevs it's still tasty.

Beware the margaritas . They are delicious but deadly. The taquitos : order the fish . I can see how it may get overlooked, but they are by far the best!

The fresh fruit margaritas are amazing here. Specifically the pomegranate and watermelon . If you want a great meal the steak quesadillas , thumbs up.

As the name suggests, the tortas are fantastic. The bread is slightly different than you'd expect but nonetheless very good. The guac was good but nothing to write home about.

I must say the esquite corn is the closest thing to the real deal I've had in NY. Raspberry chili passion margarita is delicious :)

Even if you are not a vegetarian , try the eggplant . Amazing. Live on UES, but any trip to Union Square includes a visit to Tortaria.

The best. Chicken Milanese Torta is my fav. Their fries are great. Their margaritas are even better!

They may be known for their tortas , but their burritos are awful. The ambience here is pretty cool though. If you’re here, try their 3 bottled salsas from the counter.

$8.50 for a pretty delicious chicken burrito . It is toasted/pan fried/pressed(?)..not sure how they did it but a plus for a crispy burrito .

They'll call your name-make sure to listen for it! I've heard them yell for a customer over 12 times before they heard it. Also, I just go with "the deal" every time. I have yet to be disappointed.

Made to order guacamole and sweet plantains are awesome! Pollo asado taquitos are delicious. Torta bun is a little stale and dry.

The BEST fried icecream I've ever had. And I've had a lot of fried icecream .

Carnitas taquitos are really great. The bun the torts came on was a letdown though... Hamburger buns ? Really? "The Deal" is a Decent deal, if you need a beer with your Mexican food . Which you should.
