Tsukemen has three options, 100, 200, 300 grams - all the same price! They put chicken broth into your leftover sauce when you're done w the noodles so you can drink up the rest. Do it.
I'm a girl but still I finished it all in seconds coz it's so yum❤️ chewy ramen matches perfectly with the Anura oil n u u can add more Abura oil or egg as u prefer. It's heavenly.
They have an angus beef cold noodle that they serve limited to 100 bowl a day. It's the best cold noodle I have had. Highly recommended.
Used to like their Abura ramen but now I am constantly ordering the tsukeman : 200g, light base, no bamboo shoot , sometime additional seaweed on the side. Best ramen in Hk.
Their Tsukemen is the best in town . My choice was: cold noodle with salty broth. Comfort food indeed!
Totally loved the dry mixed ramens coz I am addicted to eating noodles with a good bite and texture! Definitely going back ;)
Spicy bamboo has a strong taste and ramen broth is amazing “light” offering is tasty enough. Gyoza and pork belly very good!
Great al dente noodles , but soup base a bit salty . You can ask for less salt and less oil. There's also no cell phone reception in the resto. Check their FB for the summer sesame noodles . Yum.
My first time trying their ramen . It's good and up to standard. But Tsukemen was so outstanding that you won't order ramen there XD
their signature Tsukemen is so good, the noodle is so chewy and you can ask for soup after you have completed your dish
Favorite place for Ramen , definitely worth a wait! Great quality of food, and good service .????
Still my favorite tsukemen ! I like their soft boiled egg ????
200g noodles served in cool and broth with less oil makes the perfect match!
Get 300g of noodles ! It’s all the same price (100, 200, 300g)
My second time here, got the light soup Shugetsu ramen . Much more impressed, the chashu is perfection. As tasty as bacon . Prefer this over the overly salty tsukeman .
Restaurant is not very big, chances are you will need to wait. Noodles are good, base can be a bit oily but you can ask for chicken soup to diluted it. Highly recommend the shugetsu noodles , 200g
Last time was a total flop for me but next time I am ordering this one without the bamboo shoot , it's so much better than their tsukemen !
Noodles are nice chewy. Dipping sauce is on the salty side. Don’t forget to ask for hot chicken broth to go with the sauce when you are done with the noodles .
The soup was slightly too salty but otherwise a decent tsukemen joint. Small store with happy hour beers . Be prepared to line up as it can get quite packed.
Tsukumen was delicious!!!! Next time I will ask for it to be less salty though.
I missed the noodle so much that I came again a week after. Comfort food checked :D
Their "dipping " noodle is good with the spicy soup base, will try their dumplings next time :)
Noodles are chewy - just how we like it ! But no lukewarm oolong please ~ !
The chef there is meticulous and apparently really cares about his food. He refused to allow to customer to take away the ramen (who will want to do that anyway!)
Summer noodles are back, a lighter alternative for the hot weather!
Tsukemen King of HK.
The signature ramen with soup served separately is really salty . Flavours are quite mundane. Overhyped ramen place .
Get the Tsukemen ! 100/200 /300 grams are the same price so get it when youre hungry! :)
The tsukemen noodles with pork belly are awesome.
Fishy soup , loved it. Noodle texture was great!
The tsukemen broth is incredibly salty ...avoid the "strong" broth. The 200g noodles size is ideal, as 100g was way too little.
I love Ramen ! This place is great.
Noodles are made in house.
Most loved ramen in Hongkie town
Long queues during evening peak, should come before 6pm…
Abura ramen is the best!
When one refuses to serve the pork for abura ramen on the side, there is no reason for it but for pure retardation
The seats have a compartment for you to store your stuff, neat design
Pork belly ramen light!
Try it all. Good stock, great noodles
The soup base has a very heavy bamboo shoot taste am I am not a fan of it.
Cold ramen has better texture than the hot one. Thicker and "chewier"
Ramen addicts - you have to try this place out !!
Love the scallop oil ramen
Soy source soup .
Soup ramen was too salty , not impressed. But would come back to try the abura.
Oh it is my sister's name
Shugetsu Ramen is too salty and oily. Didn't really worth $85/bowl
Don't quite like the soup . Very salty and oily.
tasteless.
