Nagahama No. 1 Ramen

This restaurant is the Hong Kong branch of Nagahama No.1 Ramen which are several restaurant in Fukuoka pref. This restaurant offers wide range of alcohol menu, not only authentic pork broth ramen .

The No. 1 Ramen packs all in: roast pork , pork belly , smoked egg , black fungus, seaweed (4 big sheets), kelp, noodles , rich thick broth . Love the chix cartilage and tako-wasabi octopus for nibbles.

must try No.1 ramen from menu! free spicy bean sprouts on table is fantastic! this place is the only authentic Hakata tonkotsu ramen in Hong Kong.

No 1 Ramen delivers as per its name. Can't fault this place. Great value too.

Somehow I find it pretty average. The soup is thick, but the flavour isn't strong, no sesame topping... The soft noodles option is a little over-cooked. Clean space, friendly & efficient staff .

Excellent Hakata Ramen . Order the egg ramen . Taste like what they have in Japan. Serve by Yamazaki-San.

They've got a more extensive menu at night! For the adventurous: the super-spicy ramen is definitely worth a try!

The broth was too thick for me, but noodle and egg were quite nice. A side comment, the restaurant didn't have a pleasant smell. Probably came from the drainage outside ????

Taste good but a bit pricy , top price around $98 which you can get a fairly good meal in classified.

Yummy Tonkotsu ramen !!

Came to try after the hype. Nothing outstanding. More Disappointed by price & the small portions. Wasn't full. Def not worth it for that price. Hubby even added extra noodles . He left hungry.

我認為全香港最好食嘅拉面。全店最貴拉麪就係哩碗No.1拉面98港元。湯底濃郁，真材實料，全碗麪食曬，湯底一滴不留。檯面嘅配菜-辣豆芽口感爽脆，辣味香。推薦。我個人覺得好食過豚王同一蘭拉麪。

串 揚が最高だよ、おすすめ！this is hard to find stick fried in hong kong, highly recommend！
