There is a great running track inside the park , which is good news for anyone whose knees have had enough of gravel and pavement over the years. Read more
Don't forget there is a public pool, tennis courts , and ample green space for an awesome picnic with friends! #BestParkinQueens
Great track . Used by all level of runners and walkers. No intimidation if you aren't in tip top shape yet and it even had lights for when the sun goes down!!!
Great place for a run! Decent distance from the water so you’ll get a nice breeze. Outside the track there are some exercise machines.
Perfect place for a run. Night runs are great, even when they turn out the track lights because the lights from the bridge are bright enough. Safe.
Great place to run if you're dealing with shin splints. Much more forgiving than pavement .
Perfect for sub 6-mile runs, as the park is a mile loop with a track and running path along side it.
Great running track , skate park as well . Nice view of the RFK bridge too
Lights shut off around 10 pm but it's usually bright enough to run; great place to work out with beautiful views !
perfect between 7-8am. not too hot in the summer
Beautiful view of the city and a great place to get a workout in.
Nobody at night | Windy | Beautiful Lights and Lake
Lights shut off even earlier now! Talk about public safety. Thank you for guarding our welfare, NY Park & Recreation !
I love running here at night with the lights, the bridge , and the Manhattan skyline.
Right near a body of water, except a breeze or tornado winds... Empty after noon... Packed at 7
Great for s day of fun
Track lanes... Probably not the best spot to kick around the soccer ball..
skate . bike . run. throw a bunch of reckless parents' children around to avoid hitting them... although the latter seems fun too.
I like to run early. 4am ahhh solitude.
Its a track not a playground !
Snow is still on the track
Love the free WiFi . Lol
Nothing better than running in in the rain in 40 degrees. Dedication! At least I'm not alone
