Of course the food is great. Can't pry myself away from the burgers to try the hot dogs so far. And the shakes , omg. Delectable flavors of the week!

Have one member of your party scout a table while someone else places the order. There aren't that many seats. ALSO try the crinkle cut fries .????

Limited in-restaurant seating but the patio is nice, even in winter (heaters), and there are more picnic tables in the mall , a short stroll.

Staff and management here were really friendly and professional.Burgers were good ???????? Not a fan of the ice tea with lemonade because it was a little sour

Cheese fries , milkshakes , and you can't go wrong with the burgers

Can be crowded and long lines . However the food is good. Definitely recommend the shakes and lemonade as my favorites. Prices are ok.

Indoor seats are VERY limited, get someone from your group to hover a table ASAP, or order to go and find a table inside the mall at the food court .

SmokeShack is a good burger . All of the shakes are good too.

Shack burger was good, much like it west coast competitor , In-N-Out.

Yep, they do shakes . And yep, they are good. So yep, this joint is well worth a visit.

The best thing here are the fries . The burger is OK but there are better burgers elsewhere. The shakes are made with custard/yogurt and you can taste it. Not what I think of when I think milkshakes .

Yes sometimes it is busy! But they are doing a great job!

The burgers were much smaller than their competitors . The meat tasted like it was over salted and very dry. If you don't like the tang of yogurt or custard , then don't try the shakes .

Use the express line for shakes and drinks.

Crinkled French fries . The staff is super friendly and always willing to help out with orders. Everyone seems genuinely happy to be working and they do a great job with large orders too!
