Great hot pool ! Come here for the "real" Icelandic bathing experience. It's free and there are showers , toilets , lockers and even a small shop. Great place to relax !
An actual beach ! It's free, popular with locals and has both hot pool and sea water.
Doesn't look like much from the parking lot . Nice beach once you get there though. That said - pool was empty in winter.
Hot pool may not be filled with water in winter.
The view is excellent
The only white sand beach in while Iceland !

It’s a beautiful and secluded area for foot bathing and enjoying the view! Sometimes the water is way too hot, but other times it is perfect. Best enjoyed on a cold evening with a beer and friends! - Mari Bø
Natura Spa here was great. I had massage then used pool and sauna facilities. Book an appointment for tourist helicopter ride and go here afterwards. Perfect. - Debbie Davies
Hotel is in good quiet location but also access to downtown and nearby attraction only in 10-15 mins walking distance. It serves great hot breakfast and have tour assistance to customers. - Sharon Lee
The food is great and the location by the seaside offers scenic views, especially during sunset. After a good meal, you can have a romantic walk on the nearby beach. PS! Try the fish soup! - Like A Local Guide
