Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when I tried to find a place during a sold out convention . They called me back to offer a room when they had a cancelation, with a more-than-fair price.

Hotel has been updated, rooms are beautiful. Staff is great and I've never had a bad nights sleep here. It IS an active train station but its never bothered me at all. I love the architecture !

The themed railroad cars are fantastic as are the various ghost figures throughout this old train yard turned hotel .

It is nice because of the history behind, nice rooms, nice staff . Not ok with the restaurant , I wanted to have breakfast at 6:45am before a business meeting, it was closed! There is no coffee anywhere

Stay in a Pullman Train Car guest room. The guest room is literally in a train car, no joke. Compared to the Amtrak Sleeper, it's a step up. You actually have a bathroom ! Very nice (In Borat voice)...

Construction is happening- avoid this hotel ! You don't get any sleep through with trains going by all night and construction during the day!

If you're at an event , and Julian is your bartender , tip him well . Great and friendly service . Great place for an event .

Executive aren't worth it. All ground level and people were noisy in the atrium eating breakfast , scooting chairs, and letting their kids play. I couldn't open the drapes - felt like a cave .

Bring a camera ! The Grand Ballroom is a large and elegant space.

Nice hotel in what used to be a train terminal. Train still runs through. Upgrade your room to a rail car and sleep in a real rail car!! Not free parking . Meh.

It's an active train station so the trains are very loud and make it difficult to sleep but it is a nice place otherwise.

Train car rooms

Worst experience I've ever had was at this hotel . The customer service was beyond terrible! I would never, ever go there again. The walls are paper thin and the staff is completely uncaring.

Some of the rooms need a little more TLC. Ripped carpet, a bit musty (depending where you stay). Other than that, room was decent.

Don't stay here unless you plan on being silent in your room. Got noise complaints for having a quiet discussion with my roommate and then was insulted by the cop on duty. Horrible customer service
