Serangoon Public Library

Pls care and share in the library , cos it's not only for self-study/laptop usage, there are ppl who want stuff to borrow , space to read library materials, and programmes to attend.

There's a room specifically catered for mugging!  that there are powerplugs for you to charge ur hp and laptops too unlike other NLBs. downside is that the selection of reads here are pathetic...

Small library , disappointedly small collection for art/design section. Always noisy because of inconsiderate kids and sometimes elderly. Always no place to sit down to read. Just borrow your thing.

Currently, the nearest public libraries are: Bishan (next to j8) n Cheng san (in hougang mall ). Or Ang mo kio, if u live further up in serangoon north.

Although it says L4, it is actually Iocated on the roof deck of the mall .

Library @ NEX is freaking cold! Remember to bring a jacket or sweater if you wish to come here to study or work!

Worst library ever. My friends and my teacher went to the library to work on our project using LAPTOPS so we didn't talk. We were scolded for being "noisy " and kicked out. The staff were SUPER rude :/

Most of the books here are relatively new since the library only opened in 2011.

One of the worst stocked libraries around as the selection's pretty bad - there's not many subjects available.

There's a very decent selection of graphic novels here. A comic book nerd's dream!
