A very friendly coffee shop . The deconstructed latte is actually lovely - shot of espresso , milk , and a finished latte (with a wafer + water to cleanse the palate).
Love the owner- super friendly , patient, and knowledgable . The coffee projects not only look, but taste great too. Only $7 for the whole tray. Try the nitro coffee project !
Great espresso . The $7 deconstructed latte is worth doing at least once in your life. Tasty chai latte , too.
Don't recommend coming here to try to work, as there aren't many seats and most are reserved for no laptops or tablets. But it's a great place to enjoy coffee with a friend or just relax!
This is without a doubt the best coffee shop in Manhattan. Love the atmosphere, the super welcoming baristas + owners, Sum and Kalina. Their innovative drinks and cold brew are what make it perfect.
Coffee Project is located in a quiet area in the East Village . They open early (7 AM) and try to get there earlier to try the Deconstructed Latte before it gets crowded .
Try Project #1: The deconstructed latte . Espresso then steamed milk and then your latte . A great way to taste all the flavours.
If you're looking for coffee in the East Village then you must give The Coffee Project a try. The nitro cold brew on tap was the smoothest cold coffee I've ever had the pleasure of drinking.
Cozy , inventive drinks; the deconstructed latte was an amazing experience; baristas are very friendly . I am definitively going again!
Lovely little spot in the East Village . The baristas were so kind and were meticulous about their craft. Definitely learned something as I enjoyed Project No. 1!
This is without a doubt my fav coffee place in Manhattan. I'm controlling caffeine consumption so I had their Misugaru (trad Korean oat milk ) and it's unbelievably also great.
Coffee Project is a modern, clean cut, a lot of wood and white type of space. Known for their "Deconstructed Latte " which is great but, I normally just stick to regular latte or drip coffee
Trendy little cafe , full with sunlight and everyone’s extremely friendly ! The deconstructed lattes are fun, you get yours perfectly the way you want it. S’mores latte is amazing! Pain au chocolat ✨
different "projects" that offer a unique coffee experience: this is the nitro cold brew , and the original "project #1" is the deconstructed latte . it's cool!
I'm not typically a cold brew fan, but the nitro cold brew was incredible! The deconstructed latte was worth the hype as well . A cute coffee spot perfect for a lazy weekend morning!
Definitely one of the best nitro cold brews in the city . Get it for here and they give it to you in a tall glass. The staff is super friendly .
Great spot to really enjoy some elegant brew. Everyone from the staff to the customers are extremely friendly and close knit. Really a great way to start the day!
If you've never had it, get the deconstructed latte . It's a fun experience to analyze the flavored at play. Otherwise go for the nitro coffee (cold brew ).
Definitely try the nitro which is creamy though not strong. The espresso is well balanced though leaning towards the lighter side. Baristas are very knowledgable .
Yay small but very cosy coffee spot ! Tasty coffee and matcha ! They have also some tasting coffee menu so check it out!
Love this coffee shop . So glad we found it. Amazing, strong, delicious flat whites . Friendly service , always good music playing. Would make this my local if I lived here!
Really cool idea of decorated lattes where you know exactly how your coffee was brought together. Great friendly staff .
Nitro cold brew is some of the best I've ever had.
They have coffee projects where they experiment with different sorts of coffee . Currently it's the deconstructed latte ! Also try the nitro brew - really smooth and flavorful.

The deconstructed latte is a very interesting and tasty drink. People I talked to were also very into the Nitro Coffee flight.
WiFi password: 2shotsespresso -- be warned many tables are reserved for people *not* using laptops or tablets, though. The deconstructed latte is pretty tasty and well-priced ($7) too.
They will do a flat white even though it isn't on the menu. Next time I'll try the deconstructed latte .
One of my favorite coffee spots in Manhattan. Get deconstructed drink.
Splendid new coffee shop in the EV. I find the deconstructed Latte very intriguing.
Pricey but quite good little east village coffee shop . I enjoyed the cold brew . Very small space
Nitro Flight has the softest taste and a foamy texture, give it a try!
Also tried the Deconstructed Latte and Nitro Flight . Amazing concepts!
If you want to try something new. Go with the deconstructed latte or the coffee float.
Nitrogen coffee was pretty good! Sadly no hot chocolate in the summer because it would melt, which tells me I need to try it in the fall.
The deconstructed latte is so good ... So different and nice experince????????
Deconstructed latte is good but you should really try the Nitro cold brew !
Come for the clever soundtrack comprising nothing but underground singer/songwriter covers of top-100ish tracks .
If you don't wanna have the deconstructed espresso for for the cortado .
