The Chocolate Market in Pike Place Market has cockroaches in their espresso machine. I watched them crawl down the steam wand and then back up inside the machine. The plan to fix this, fire witnesses.

Excellent fudge . Chocolate is great and so is salted caramel .

Both the owner and manager asked me to use week old dirty bleached mystery rags that were in a bucket in the back to clean the portafilter and steamwand on the espresso machine in between customers.

The big chair is cool but, the salted Caramel fudge is unreal!!!!! Mmmm

Indulge in four or five chocolates and take your little brown bag next door to the Tasting Room . Drink some wine and eat chocolates ! Heavenly!

If you love truffles , this is the place to get them.

Very hidden away, but cute shop!!

The day after I bring up these issues they pull me aside and tell me they're firing me. Avoid if you don't want to get seriously sick. Their business and health licenses are very expired.
