Hyatt House New Orleans/Downtown

New rooms, omelet bar and fresh fruit every morning. Great desk, hospitality and maintenance staff . Glad we stayed here for conference instead of Recency, hotels were attached anyway!

Great hotel in the middle of the business district. I enjoyed the breakfast/bar area due to the awesome view .

Not all charbroiled oysters are created equal. These were not great at all! But the chocolate bread pudding with ice cream and bananas foster is worth every bite!

Left my watch behind and they dug through all the linens to find it! Also..Free hot breakfast with eggs , bacon , omelet bar and waffle maker

Great happy hour ! $3 draft beers . And very friendly hostess ! Already been here twice in 2 days. (Get the chicken slider and artichoke dip !)

Double shot of Avion tequila was $34. That is more than what the entire bottle would cost at the liquor store ! I understand that this is a Hyatt hotel bar but come on!

Chippery style homemade potato chips are awesome. Today's 3 flavors: sea salt , dill , ketchup . The bloody Mary is great, too, hot & spicy !

Chicken Wings & Thighs on Bar Snacks menu are tasty. Theyre dry rub wings and bring you sauces to try. Tangy BBQ is yum.

Who made the bar menu? It looks like a middle school Word project. It needs some sprucing to complement the fancy hotel atmosphere...and prices.

The place is too large and new for fast service . It's nice and has great food and friendly service .

Not worth going. My waitress was really nice & hard working, but... The jumbo was crunchy and not what you would expect coming out of New Orleans ( I should have listened to her & not ordered it.)

Good Caesar salad ! And chicken wings

Olive oil on edamame = bad. Fish and Chips = fish overcooked and fries were bad. Sushi = Too much rice and poorly made. However the drinks were not bad... If you get them before your entre .

Ridiculously poor service. Took TWO HOURS to get 2 drinks and an edamame (and one of those drinks was wrong.) Was going to order dinner , but gave up and left. Will not be back.

Wait was really long. The staff was not prepared. My shrimp was good but the fritters were frozen in the middle.

Skip this place unless you have a lot of time and patience. The servers are friendly but clueless. They had no idea even what they served requiring several trips to even place our order.

The place just opened. Give the wait staff a break and time to work the bugs out.

Been here more than 20 minutes and this is all we've gotten for 3 people...

Awful service...waited 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging that I was there...ended up leaving without ordering food or drinks...

Horrible service. Food was bad. Expensive. Ice Tea is $4. Don't go here.

Es un muy buen hotel para largas estancias, los cuartos son amplios y se comparte alberca con Hyatt Regency. Todos los cuartos tienen vista.
