share 1 place with Gelateria dei Gracchi. Not sweet or artificial, wonderful ice cream . Fresh! Must try melon , peach (or apricot ) and flavor of the month (July is raspberry cheesecake , oh God).

I'm never too optimistic about chain gelaterie, but this was an exception. The flavors were very pure and creative, and I really liked the consistency: soft, almost like frozen yogurt .

Interesting flavours such as the likes of nougat! A definite recommendation would be the Strawberry Meringue

Yes, this is a chain, there are two branches here in Rome alone. The flavors change monthly and are all made from only natural, seasonal ingredients .

Still the best chain of gelato shops around and the hot chocolate is simply amazing.

Stracciatella and Cioccolato Fondente are very good. Crema di Grom is ok, but the other crema is better. The sorbetti I had were a bit too sweet for me. Skip the panna, or skip even further to IL...

Il gelato è di gran lunga superiore alla media delle gelateria di Roma, chi lo giudica sotto il livello di Giolitti o San Crispino non ha assolutamente palato ma un comunissimo gusto da massa.
