Stayed as part of Honeymoon week in Maine/Mass. 7th floor suite...very nice furnishings. Killer breakfast in the hotel ...comped. Great service and location. Walking distance to great eats and PMA...
"City View " room cost $380, and all we got was a parking garage roof view . They insisted this is the room we booked and didn't change our room. They blamed everything on the 3rd party booking site.
If you're visiting Portland on an extended stay the Westin above all is the only choice to make. Attentitive staff , spacious rooms feel like I never left home. Please do checkout the 15th floor bar !

Lovely hotel with nicely appointed spacious rooms , large bathrooms . Centrally located. Uber from here to old port is 6.00. I'd stay here again.
Given a choice between points and breakfast , take the breakfast . Give yourself time (service is slow), but the food is excellent.
We have a wonderful time, found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. My partner is disabled and they were very attentive

The newly renovated Westin is a HUGE improvement over the shabby, rundown Eastland Park Hotel which it replaces. Very nice.
If you’re a Gold or higher Marriott member I would recommend getting the breakfast option over the points.
