A no-frills staple for tourists and locals alike. You can't go wrong with the tomato soup with beef , truly the classic comfort food of Hong Kong.
So I hear that they serve the tomato soup differently depending on if it's macaroni or noodles . Definitely get the macaroni one. Lemon toasted buns is also a must. Queue is usually long but fast.
Great tomato soup broth. Go with beef and egg . Don't forget to order the honey and lemon crispy bun on the side. The macaroni broth seems to be slightly creamer than the noodle broth.
If you hate tomatoes , then move along. Otherwise, this traditional quick-and-dirty eatery will serve up a selection of delectables (bread , macaroni-in-soup, drinks) in its very traditional setting.
A bowl of their signature noodles tastes exactly as you'd expect... i.e instant noodles and tomatoes . The local and outdoor vibe definitely makes this a nostalgic meal and the staff is very joyful.

Fun experience: eating on the street with locals. Tomato soup though was good, nothing to complain about. Just keep in mind, that place is quite shabby and there is nothing to remind regular places

The instant noodle was one of the best I had in any of the tea restaurant cafes I had been to. It's a restaurant worth preserving in the fast changing world of restaurant business

The tomato noodle soup and milk tea are yummy and it's one of the few authentic outdoor food stalls left in HK. But don't expect any customer service though.

The crispy bun was half decent; watered down tin tomato with probably flavor enhancer, macaroni overcooked, Chinese milk tea was worse than the average Cha chaan tan , just go somewhere else
