Really a very nice hotel , super friendly staff and they really seem to want to make everything perfect for you. Concierge isn’t very good though, they just google what you ask - but they try.
Lobby / b-fast is on 5/F and a funny mall is at B1/F, but it’s easier to exit at the elevator near the meeting rooms rather than the main entrance, it goes through the Guoco bldg to all the food shops
Great hotel
While the location of the hotel may be suitable for some travelers, it was not ideal for my needs.Regarding the service, I must say that it fell short of my expectations.
Friendly staff , MRT nearby, but confusing system of two elevators
