Very small rooms but very clean and classy ! Toiletries are nice and towels are very soft. Great location by the tube! A bit pricy cheaper options are right next door if on a budget.

Classy , well priced venue with the option to book in for afternoon tea . Definitely try it!

The place is really cold designed, but the food is amazing, try the afternoon tea ! dress smart casual .I go there once punk dressed and they didn't find a place, telling us a stupid excuse.

Not clean , inconvenient place where I didn’t find what I requested as I asked for higher interconnected rooms & got separated rooms in the first floor without view even though it was requested.

The design is great, very much influenced by Japanese style . Need to get used to the low ceilings though. You should know that hotel does not serve any alcohol . Another Zen thing ...?

This place is the bomb. It has heated marble bathroom floors.

Room 013 on the ground floor can hear the underground train passing through clearly!

Dour staff . Unwelcoming. Room was enough to fit a double and just enough room on sides to fall out of bed. Avoid if you possibly can.

restaurant is now raw and vegan . room service has some extra food options but not many. and they don't serve alcohol !

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Wie vielen Hotels in London ist es so, dass der Schein von außen großartig ist. Kommt man dann rein, wird es von der Rezeption bis zum Zimmer immer schmuddeliger.

Empfang etwas kühl, scheint aber zum Konzept zu gehören... Lage toll und Zimmer schön ! Insbesondere die Bäder sind Mega stylisch! Die Betten ein Traum!

Hier muss überall frisch gestrichen werden. Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte eine Schulung gut gebrauchen. Die Damen und Herren sind etwas unterkühlt.
