Close by to many destinations such as malls and the 101. Also close to MRT subway. The staff is friendly and the rooms are great. Breakfast is amazing!!!

Very reliable. Good gym , great breakfast , clean room , wonderfully attentive staff . Conveniently located too. Old school in a great way.

Recently renovated rooms are very bright and modern. Beds are more comfortable than I remember. Lobby is beautiful. Cafe is ok but not amazing. Location is excellent.

If there's pineapple on the breakfast buffet ; fill a plate! It's the most delicious pineapple I've ever tasted

Underneath the nightstand thing should be an outlet. You won't see it unless you realize the little door opens. It is where the phonecords run. Perfect for bedside phone charging.

The hotel is generally good. The rooms are a little small, and the pool is smaller than desired. It was nice to have a freezing plunge pool in the locker room , but beware there are many naked old men.

One of the best hotel in Taipei . Restaurants are excellent. Walking distance to TICC and Taipei 101

From MRT 101 station, take exit 5 and then make a left from exit (don't cross the street to 101) and the hotel is a block on your left.

Nothing wrong with this hotel but for this price I expected more. It has a Japanese feeling to it. I love Japanese food but Japanese hotels always make me feel claustrophobic.

Service is relatively good. Great view from grand club lounge for brekkie .

They say that the hotel is haunted but my visit was void of any spirits , ghosts or apparitions.

Honestly if you know other newer hotel in Taipei . Hyatt considered old-style hotel . They need to update the furnitures and facilities. Still internet in the room need to be paid extra :(

I see dead people.

Everything in the room service menu taste so-so if not awful. Only eat the oriental food, e.g pork sticker, beef noodle . Worst is the red curry , absolutely awful!
