Get the koobideh or eggplant beef stew . Sub green rice for something different! Great value for fresh food .

Humongous portions for main dishes.... I would say share a main dish and a starter and keep space for your tea and dessert !

Super friendly staff and the food is always delicious! I'm Persian so I've tried many Persian restaurants but I can say that they have the best koobideh . Can't wait to go back!

Try the kashke bademjan (eggplant dip ) for appetizer , it's sooooooo yummy!!

Ghormeh sabzi is good, but generally most food is mediocre (if you are Iranian and have high standards). Price points are greAt though and they have daily specials for $7.34

All plates I’ve had are great.... you can also change your rice for half a portion of rice and salad for an extra charge

Great food. Gourmet Sabzi is my favourite so far.

I received pita breads with black mold on them. I called Cazba restaurant to let them know that bread has black mold but their response was like "Oh, that's O.K". My partner lost her appetite.

I used to love this place but I don't know what happened. The food now is discusting and microwaived and smelles bad, and my stomach was having a hard time man. Never coming back to this place again.

Food is okay (I'd rather go to the North Vancouver location)
