Worth the wait for the chance to sample whichever flavor you'd like! I got the Sightglass coffee & single origin dandelion choc but my husband won the day by getting a scoop of almond brittle. YUM

Portland favorite now in SF. Caramel ribbons, sightglass coffee w/ dandelion chocolate are great. Favorite: Peach cobbler . There will be long lines , waited 45 mins to get a scoop on opening day

Honey Lavender & Roasted Strawberry at my go to on the classic menu. Looks like the SF special on the classic menu - Peach Vinegar is outstanding as well !! If you end up there - try 'em out

So glad this Portland staple is now in SF. My go to is the sea salt ice cream with caramel ribbons but the seasonal berry flavors are a must try when in season

This is a delicious homemade ice cream that you can smell a block away. Every month they have new flavors. I had a tasty carrot cake ice cream with chocolate fudge .

So far, so good. They've so many flavors to keep you coming back multiple times a month just to try it all. Friendly & helpful service . Wait time was short but I went in the middle of a weekday.

For anyone who prefers something less sweet, I’d recommend “Organic Roots Arbequina Olive Oil ”. Taste like a legit milk ice cream with the aroma of Olive, no too strong though! The scoop is very big!

Winter flavors are Peppermint Bark Cocoa , Cinnamon Coconut Eggnog (vegan ), Apple Brandy & Pecan Pie , Sugar Plum Fairy, and (my favorite) Gingerbread Cookie Dough .

Neat creative selection of flavors, but I found nearly all the ice cream I tried to be overly sugary. Seems kind of at odds that they are being artisanal , but give huge scoops of sugary ice cream .

Short wait Friday afternoon. Salt and Straw has always been hit or miss for me, but the scoops are huge and they don't give you the stink eye for trying out more than a couple of flavors.

Such a great atmosphere the people are so friendly and the lce cream is a grand slam
