First stop before the USS Arizona. Let the solemness begin. It's humbling and surreal to stand on the same ground which men and women died for me, this country .

How touching. Survivors of the USS Arizona chose to have their remains spread over the water where their shipmates are resting.
Free military parking past the main parking . Military gets a discount but damn this place is expensive . The Missouri is worth it, but not the Bowfin . Get there by 7 to get an Arizona ticket .

Very impressed with the amount of educational displays/videos. Get there early for free tickets and enjoy it all! Memorial is incredible
If you use the free bus shuttle be aware that they stop running at 4 pm. No one told us that. We had to walk from the Arizona side, over the bridge , and back to the Missouri side where we parked. >_<
They pull extra people into the Arizona Memorial theater if all the seats aren't full. Don't want to wait for hours? Just wait near the theater and you'll probably get in way ahead of time!
really worth visiting especially on Memorial Day weekend... it is such an honor to pay tribute to those who served by at least sending them a prayer ~_~
When the National Parks Director says, "America’s 401 national parks are open for business,” he may be mistaken. Call to double check.
