Patio Theater

I LOVE The Patio . The interior is the original theater from the 20's, and while it's probably not great for business, it's an AWESOME atmosphere. Unfortunately they haven't shown anything since April.

Awesome place with nice, friendly people, and that beautiful vintage interior style that makes it extra special. Could use a better sound system , though. Unless, @soundcitymovie was only in stereo.

If you park on Irving Park you have to pay for parking with a max 2 hr time limit. But, you can park on Austin, both sides of the street, for no charge.

Cool indie movie theater that hosts special screenings, but it's freezing! Not air conditioning too high freezing. More like someone didn't turn on the heat freezing. Wear layers and bring a blanket.

Check the website often for special event films that may only screen once, esp. repertory films .

Great old theater, glad they are trying to restore it. Has to be one of the largest screens in the area

Be careful when leaving the center section, it's a step down to get into the aisle.
