Yes, the rooms are small, but everything else more then makes up for that. Nice, clean rooms and extremely friendly staff . Received an upgraded room and a packed breakfast brought to me. Recommended.

Very nice hotel on a perfect central location in the centre of London. Bathrooms have great new walk in showers . Staff is very friendly and The breakfast is great.

A short walk from Oxford St, it certainly won't be far to carry all of those bags. The perfect base if shopping's your thing.

Probably ok, meaning that you get a very good London location, a nice, but quite small room , stuffed with useful things, except for minibar. Minuses: really cold, idiotic air conditioner, feels pricy .

Not a big fan--musty rooms, bad wifi that you need to keep logging back into (here for a work trip so that's frustrating), sounds travels from hall and other rooms to your room very easily, dirty
