The team is really helpful and kind. The location is perfect. The rooms, well they are meant for hobits but overall it's a good hotel

I love this hotel ..its at heart of city center...rooms clean and not small ..breakfast is good with healthy foods selections ???? bed is comfortable .wifi is good...right choice to stay.

Good and modern hotel in an old building . My room was very small (had to sit on the bed to use the tiny desk space at the side), but had everything I needed. Staff friendly , quick check in/out.

Great lobster on shrimp and lobster days. Also great if you're looking to book a conference room .

Pretty poor handling of check ins - had early check in and tried to fob me off with some BS about room availability being down to luck. That’s not how check in times work, guys.

Lifts take ages so get a lower floor room, small rooms and 529 is like a cupboard!

Great personnel, but the hotel barely average: tiny rooms , room service food is very average. The Radisson Blu across the street on Bloomsbury has better size rooms.

Tiny beds, tiny rooms , no power sockets next to the bed, noisy A/C and far too bright lights. Hard to recommend…
