Great service. Upgraded to studio room, which was great. Lots of space - separate lounge room from bedroom and high quality amenities . Close to London Eye and surrounding touristy areas.

Impressive view of inside the atrium whilst in the lifts , might want to stay away from the windows edge if you have issues with heights. Get the right room, and have great views of London too.

Great Hotel , very child friendly ! Kids got a welcome bag with pencils and a book , bracelet, wallet and some "hotel money", which they can use at the hotel bar for ice cream and colourful mocktails !

Free wifi is slow, so I ended up buying it. Great service and very clean rooms . Amazing shower water pressure too! Love the waterfall shower

Conveniently located on the south side of the River Thames near London Waterloo Station and is next to London's County Hall, home to several attractions , including The London Sea Life Aquarium

Great staff and hotel ...only thing is that the beds(not sofa beds., actual real beds) were too soft and gave me a back age after 3-4 nights!

There's a 4th elevator (as indicated on the sign at elevators 1-3. Use it. Hardly ever waiting lines there.

Don't confuse it with the bigger Park Plaza (Westminster ?) across the road .

El hotel esta situado a cinco minutos andando del Big Ben y junto al Golden Eye. Parada de metro de Waterloo al lado. En una zona segura y con variedad de sitios para comer y cenar . Para repetir!

Quarto limpo, organizado e bem decorado. Próximo a tudo!!!! Excelente localização!!!! Internet FREE mas muito ruim.

La ubicación muy buena pero si te toca una habitación interior no tienen mucha luz natural. El desayuno está lleno de gente y siempre hay que esperar un buen rato para entrar.
