Absolutely amazing (my top 2) sushi restaurant . I tried Omikaze nigiri , salmon tartar , jalapeño hamachi , and chicken karage . Fantastic service too. My fav restaurant in Seattle so far.
Great happy hour menu . Get the sashimi platter . Sit at the bar in the dining area; there's a really cool sushi chef .
My favorite sushi place! Beautiful garden in the back and the dinner happy hour features a rotating roll that is always delicious. Get there right at 4 (or 10 for late night ) to skip the wait.
Fresh sushi . Beautiful atmosphere. Friendly service . It's wonderful anytime, but happy hour (4-6pm, every day!) is truly a steal!
Had a transcendent meal here. The Halibut cheeks are amazing and the Albacore Belly (when available) is something else not to miss. Other mentionables include Garlic Short Ribs and salmon skin roll .
Captures the greatness of sushi with simplicity! Huge rolls, endless list of options, great crafted cocktails , and a dope setting for gathering large groups. Oh yeah, try the green tea tiramisu . YUM.
Such great ambiance and the fish is absolutely world-class, try the combo meal that has a bit of everything you would want from a sushi restaurant .
Their specialty rolls are delicious! They also have a nice happy hour menu which includes both sushi’s and drinks. Highly recommended!
This place is expensive , so it's great if you can catch hh! It goes until 7 in the bar area, but get there early if possible. Vino Verde, ginger chicken , unagi roll, crunchy rolls are all delicious.
I got the Rock star and it was amazing!! The Slow Lightning cocktail is great too if you like Mezcal . Service was slow but it was a Saturday night and I was sitting at the bar .
So many delish rolls here! My faves are the 007 and the Samurai Spirit. Hubby loves the Bad Boy. Kiddos love the Crunchy Cali and the Crunchy Seattle.
Fusion sushi but done right. The only thing I don't like is the sweet type of sushi they made- everything else is great. Love the Japanese garden in the middle of the restaurant .
Beautiful inner garden . Great: sashimi cuts, Sapporo on draft , Uni sushi with added uzura, kurobuta. Good: nigiri sushi , udon , soft shell crab . Ok: green tea tiramisu . Rolls were meh..
Had the calamari , ginger chicken , tempura platter, temari crispy rice with uni, 14-pcs omakase sashimi , and street fighter roll. Was disappointed with everything except the roll...
Awesome rolls, great service, and beautiful view if you sit by the garden ! Cant go wrong with omakaze sashimi and oyster shooters :)
Cute and fun sushi restaurant . Way bigger inside then it looks from the street. Great food in a great setting.
Try the Sounder Roll, one of 40 specialty rolls . This one's a spicy yellowtail/avocado number is topped w/ a seared crab & creamy scallop mix. Read more
The Mooncatcher and featured Red Moon rolls were absolutely fantastic!finished with creamy Match Green Tea ice cream
Beautiful restaurant with a little garden in the outdoor patio area . Great nigiri and rolls -- try the moonraker!
The sushi here is absolutely amazing. Lots of creative combinations . Definitely recommend.
Very nice selection of fish/sushi. Everything is freak and well prepared. Good drink menu. Quaint and romantic for dates.
Without a doubt one of Seattle's finest Sushi spots ! I've never been disappointed when dining here.????????????????????????????????????????????
great service, the sushi and sake were delicious. the garden in the center of the restaurant makes for great ambiance.
went without reservations and waited about an hour but it was well worth it for some of the freshest sushi in Seattle
Fantastic rolls: Susie Rosy & 007 are the absolute best! Happy hour is great for sashimi and simple rolls too!
Big menu with lots of great fish and sushi . Cocktail menu and bartenders left a lot to be desired. Great date spot .
Seaweed salad and sashimi were fantastic. Come during happy hour
This place is awesome! Some of the best traditional and modern Japanese dishes I've had in Seattle. I'll be back.
This is my favorite Seattle sushi spot , they have two happy hours every day, from 4pm-6pm, and from 10pm-12:30am daily. Order ANYTHING. It's all good.
The grilled portobello mushroom is amazing! It's rich and meaty without the grease. I love meat but this is even better.
Try the sashimi Omakase , it’s fresh and great quality fish .
sushi was very good, but the 60 omakase didn't feel as worth it compared to other places
The rolls are enormous! Try the sashimi-sockeye is great. Sit at the sushi bar and the chefs make great recs.
Love their sushi and even more Their sister sushi spot , umi. Sometimes the servers in the bar area of momiji are not the friendliest.
Amazing sushi and seafood of course, vegetarians won't go home hungry either - there's plenty of veggie rolls and dishes on the menu!
Great sushi . My second favorite in the city . They have a nice selection of Japanese whisky .
The Capitol Hill and street freighter rolls were amaze. Also, sitting at the bar wast so bad- the bartender was super chill and friendly
Try the Moonraker Roll - Nice spice and flavor
happy hour from 4pm-6pm and 10pm-12:30am daily. (from their site)
The tofu , musi soup w/clams and halibut cheek was amazing!
Lovely spot for late night drinks and Japanese food as most of the restaurant around the area already close
Definitely get the King Ghidorah roll. The Hotter than Hell!!! Roll is very good, but yes, spicy .
Love this place for dates ! Make sure you get seated in the back. Super cute
Simply the greatest! Great food, good atmosphere. Most underrated restaurant in Seattle.
The bad boy roll is my favorite! It's smooth on the inside and crispy on the outside.
Soft shell crab and amaebi sashimi . Be sure to take the fried shrimp heads with your amaebi!
Nigiri , Sashimi , Speciality rolls , Yakiudon
Inventive fun sushi , tons of vegan options , and great drinks
Awesome happy hour , the crunchy Seattle roll and spicy tuna were very good! Also really great service!
The ginger tofu is the secret star of the menu, even if you love meat. Check it out!
Their ume-shu (plum wine) is the real deal & just as amazing as it was when I had it in Tokyo! - Sonya Salehnia
Highly recommended the $75 Omakase, which is an bargain for the fresh quality fish from Japan/Alaska. Also recommend making a reservation to avoid the long line. - Evan Chen
Try Pele's Ice Cream for dessert. (Coconut or Green Tea... preferably coconut). It's the best... ANYWHERE! - DJ A.S.I.A.
Great earl grey ice cream. Strong tea flavor! - Jon Chen
Aviation, Slave to the Grind (rum based frappuccino style cocktail) , oysters on the half shell. I'll definitely be back to try the speak easy upstairs - Kaitlin Martineau
