Very fast check in, good proximity to restaurants and coffee shops . Rooms are clean with a handwritten note.

Beautiful view from our hotel . The staff at the front desk and the valet were very helpful but the janitorial staff thought they were doing us a favour every time they cleaned our room.Attitude n all

Staff pleasant, but didn't assist. Had to ask another guest how to access guest floors. Valet quick, but a little too quick, trying to get my bags, but taking off & get next car.

Upgrade to a Corner King room. So worth it.

While customer service was friendly , as a whole, the renovations failed to mask how unprepared & unorganized this entire place is. $250/night & still paying for wifi , parking , breakfast and fuck ups?!
