BA Galleries Club Lounge North

Early in the morning it’s not too crowded and the light is amazing! And if you need an early celebratory glass of bubbles, they hide the champagne but you can still get some if you ask.

North lounge is a lot easier to get to, but because of this it is usually busier - especially for early business flights. For breakfast the bacon rolls are very good.

You step off the plane after 11 hours cramped into a small seat. Thankfully, you've flown enough hours in small seats that you've earned the privilege of a bowl of soup , a snack , WiFi , and seating.

The “secret” area beyond the glass - right hand side - where there are usb and UK plug power points; otherwise scarcely one in the lounge .

It miss more variety in the food menu. Free wifi , plenty of comfortable places and many many many drinks from all kinds. It lacks any kind of entertainment also.

Definitely a lack of wall plugs but it's the more relaxed and calmer lounge of the two. Also great views for plane spotting.

Huge and crowded most of the times. Good selection of hot food and wines . Not all seats are comfortable for long staying.

Bacon Roll Challenge - New rule. If you see someone from this list that has given out the wifi password in the lounge you can throw a roll at them. Each hit counts to the challenge ;)

Head straight for the sofa area at the back and don't even bother with the area near the food - very busy - grab the wireless password from the counter as you pass

A lot more crowded that the BA South Lounge Galleries but a nice change and the runway view is fantastic. Be prepared to jostle for a seat though.

Got here around 11am on a Tuesday. It was like a cross between a homeless shelter and a sauna . People sleeping everywhere and it's about 90°c. Also, power sockets didn't work and tables were dirty 👎

Sometimes quite busy but not bad. Good selection of drinks and warm food throughout the day. Don’t miss the 🥓 roll

Compared to American lounges , this feels like an IKEA food court . Can’t complain about free but I was surprised this lounge was half the quality of the BA lounge at IAD.

Really nice lounge . Staff are really helpful and friendly . Good choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and snacks .

If relaxation is required stay away from the sofas near the toilets . People moving chairs back & forth by dragging them along the floor was just infuriating. Softer floor coverings are needed.

Great food options in the morning - croissants , pain au chocolate , rolls, bacon , fruit , yogurt , porridge , and cereal. Wifi is too slow and not enough power ports .

Looks like the powers that be have heeded to popular opinion and changed the menu around after a long time. The fruit salad is now served on the centre servery, not by the wall. Transformational!

Sit outside in the atrium area... The atmosphere and seating is more comfortable and accomodating for transatlantic passengers to rest & relax. (Wifi password for Feb is "executiveclub".)

Undoubtedly the best lounge I ever have visited. This is the BA flagship of lounges .

Show your boarding card in the North Lounge for the showers . Perfect after a long haul flight whilst waiting for your next connection!

Moroccan meatballs they have here are delicious. The wireless charger for iPhone is great.

Good selection of food and drink, no desserts or sweet items. Very large area which became rather noisy after a while.

Nice couch but f***ing kids. Feels like being in a kinder garden rather than a business lounge . Without mentioning the usual London crowd dressed in black.

Nice lounge but always too crowded when I visit. South lounge may be quieter , but at least the North lounge has more daylight

Great wifi connection . Good seating area with some seats in a more quite zone. Food is okay. But I rather spend my hours here than in the airport terminal waiting for my flight.

If you have a connecting flight, stop in here to take a shower . You will feel refreshed and ready for your next leg of your journey.

Why does everyone need the password, just ask or look at the flight info screen IN the lounge . Makes me think its people hanging around outside hoping to log on.

Ba have changed the food, and have ruined it... No bacon Sarnie for breakfast .. Toast and croissants ... Is that the best they can do?

Nice amenities but very crowded at times. Pay attention to your flight status as there are no announcements.

Showers Suites are so convenient and what a great way to feel refreshed after an overnight flight . If only you could book a bed to take a nap while waiting for connections

Portobello mushroom with tomato sandwich . Put lotsa marmite and tobacco (taken from the cocktail section)

At least finally a place that is worse to be inside than outside... Grab a nice meal in one of the restaurants .

Bacon rolls on top form; bigger less crunchy granary roll with plenty of crispy bacon ; yum!

Enjoy a cold soda the Neth way. Pour your beverage into the chilled glasses are near the food bar and drinking straws are at the rear drinking station.

Bacon roll challenge - a new PB at 7. New rule, each roll must have 2 slices of bacon ;)

My little invention: take the bacon out of bacon roll and put it in the muffin !

Does the challenge still count if gluten free so snaffled 5 bacon rolls and just are the bacon ?

Good selection of wines . Sample and pick your favourite among 5-6 whites and reds

Love the beetroot and pumpkin seed salad

Showers are typically packed, and a waiting time of 30 mins approx, but good after a long night flight

Quite a nice lounge and good food and drink selection.

Sky Sports channels are available on the tellies around the lounge . You have to change them manually, though.

Bacon roll challenge fail...only two because buns were a little stale. Aiming for a new record next visit!

Come early or else u have to fight for the few spoons, forks and milk that is there (or not there)

Very busy. Don’t expect a relaxing experience.

If you download the BA App onto your SmartPhone Exec Club members can easily find out the WiFi code without having to go back to the front desk

There are lots of plugs at the end of the room in the entertainment area.
